“What is with you? I asked you one thing and you start behaving like I have asked something I should not.” Controlling myself from yelling at her I said. She had been taking the test of my patience for an hour. I thought she must have not been able to come to a decision and therefore, I thought of taking her out somewhere.
She scoffed, “Did you think if you will just come and ask me to get back with you is just one thing? It might sound like one thing but so many things are connected to it. My emotions, my self-respect, my heart, my peace, every damn thing… everything it is. It is so simple for you, right? Just again crashing in my life and keeping different conditions every time to get yourself ego satisfied?”
