It was just a blink, nothing more…or so I felt. When I opened my eyes, there was a dim light in the room. The thin window in the top of the wall was letting the sun rays in. Finally! The darkness was…still there…The light sipping in through the window, wasn’t enough to get rid of all the darkness. ‘I guess we really are underground after all…’ I thought to myself sighing heavily, as I kept my gaze on that small stream of gold filtering from the top of the wall.
