The Hood

Kisha is a young 19-year-old girl who lives as one of the survivors at the back of a demolished city now called the hood. worn out and broken robots are thrown into piles and made huge lumps of metal scraps which almost look like city sky scrapers but are just junk. 10 Years ago, the government began a project to replace humanity with robotics and make the whole country industrialized with high-tech machines and fast technology. As the plan was in progress, a scientist betrayed the project and coded the soul malware into the robots. Robots became uncontrollable and destroyed everything that did not have metal in it, including human beings, and turned the whole city down. A large population of human beings were totally wiped out until the mermaid species recognized that the land species was in danger. They rose from the ocean and came to help human kind and help preserve the last of the DNA. War between mermaids and robots intensified until every robot was killed. Mermaids managed to save a few human beings on the entire planet. a sad story that the last survivors will have to live with for the rest of their lives. The last of the survivors gathered themselves to live together in a place they call the hood. Homes have been built from every remaining of the city, metal, plastic and wood. The hood is run by a gang called the 7 with their leader known as Lollipop due to his afro. Their main task is to protect the hood from any invasion. Buried beneath the scraps and piles in the hood is the blue core technology that powered the robots in the city, a technology built that has never been seen before. Any nation could wage war for it. The people refused to use it because of the memory it brings to them. The 7 Gang began to turn against their people by committing all sorts of crimes. They were in control. One evening, as Kisha returned from hunting in the woods near the city, she saw Lillopop and his friends running away from Kisha's home with her mother's handbag. She then ran inside to see what was going on and found her mother dead on the floor. She broke down into tears. The war took the world from her, now her mother is taken away from her. This began her quest for vengeance against the 7 Gang, which led her choose vangence or save her people. Pena: Do you think this is a good idea, Kisha? [serving dinner] Kisha: They killed my mother. We don't have a justice system around here, so we take matters in our hands. Pena: But what if something happens to you? Kisha: I will be careful. It's the last thing I could do for mom. [sits down near the kitchen table and begins to sharpen her knife] Pena: Here, got this in a trash can today. I believe it will help. I call them the lucky beads. After I received it today, good things have been happening to me [Hands her a yellow shining string of beads] Kisha: Does it have powers? Why does it glow? Pena: It looks like it does. [returns to serving dinner] Kisha: Thanks, I will hold on to this [ puts it in her pocket and continues to sharpen her knife] Pena: So how about the... [turns around and Kisha is gone out of the house] Pena, a friend to Kisha, is also one of the survivors from the terrifying war. They lived in an old ship container that they modified into a home. Kisha heads to meet the 7 Gang. Kisha has great hunting skills and is very good at handling a knife. She's fast and snicky like a cat. Her plan is to join the team and become one of them and run errands for them, then eliminate them one by one during crime missions. [at the 7 Gang's headquarters] "Boss, this little girl wants to join the hive. Can you imagine?" [laughs] lollipop: what's her name? [Blows Smoke] Kisha: im Kisha. Lollipop: So what makes you want to dance with big guys, Kisha? Kisha: I want my hands to get dirty Lollipop: At such a young age? Kisha: I have seen blood, especially from those that I love [indirectly talking about her mom. Lollipop now thinks Kisha has the ability to hurt those she loves] Lollipop: We don't need kids to do our work for us, we don't play with ponies around here, we get hands dirty [whole gang laughs] Kisha: I can bring 3 of your men down, and serve you their heads all by myself... Lollipop: impress me. [Blows smoke] [Three men stood up to fight Kisha, 2 of them with sharp knives and the other had confidence in his hands. Kisha fought them with her bare hands and the lollipop couldn't believe what he had just seen. All three of them dead] now you are talking, [claps as he stands], who would suspect a young girl like you,. I have a whole mission for you duckling. Come back after two days and you will hear from me. I like you already. [Kisha returns home] Pena: and how did your auditions go? Kisha: went well. killed 3 already [Removes her Jacket and hangs it next to the door] Pena: woah so fast,? Kisha: piece of cake. Pena: So what's the next plan now? Kisha: cut Lollipops head off. Pena: We might need them around, you know? The Hood needs people like them to protect us. What if something happens to the hood? Don't you think they might keep us safe? Kisha: they took all I Pena! My mom was all I had. Now all I have is memories of her. [throws cup to the floor] Pena: If something happens to the hood a war for an example, we will be earsed from from this planet we are the only remaining people left on the entire plannet. im just saying. Kisha: don't you believe in good? Pena: I do, that's why seeking revenge is not good for your soul. Once you take revenge, they will for ever revenge you with guilt. Kisha: [ walks away and picks up her cat. While sitting, she grabs the string of beads she received from Pena in her pocket. Neither of them knew what the bead was. Immediately she fell into a trance and, whilst in the trance, she saw a beautiful city she had never seen before. From afar she saw strange beings that looked like aggressive bears but had lion arms and legs. Their city looked so advanced and their communication was telepathic. One creature then held Kisha by the shoulder and Kisha could read what was on her mind:" You are not one of us, how did you get here? Instantly she saw other beings charging towards her from what looked like a black cloud and the strange being said " you must leave now" and Kisha immediately gained consciousness back in her body. She realised that her cat lay dead on the floor and her veins could vividly be seen. ] Pena [ returns from packing the firewood outside, and sees the cat lying dead on the floor, not knowing what had happened] really? You killed your cat because of that simple talk we just had? What's wrong with you? Kisha: [shocked at what she had seen] I didn't do it? Pena: [Picks up the cat and takes it outside.]  Kisha walked to her room and lay in bed, still shocked at what had just happened. She didn't want that experience again, so she put the beads far away in one of her shoes and put them on the shoe rack far from her and went to bed and didn't tell Pena about what just happened. was that a planet? Were those real beings? she wondered.
