Chapter 25
Elara’s POV I'm so glad I was asked to go outside those walls on my own. I need to leave this place. I can not stand Lilith one bit. So I walked toward the exit and the entrance to the human world. But unfortunately, after walking and walking, I still ended up in the same spot. I began to panic. Why is this happening? So I'm stuck here with all these weird creatures. I don't even have my phone to communicate with Rose. I turned left. Then right. Then back again. The same twisted tree stood before me. The same crooked branch. The same patch of moss. I wasn’t moving forward. I was circling. The forest wasn’t letting me leave. I can't seem to get out of this world. I sat on the moist floor crying, thinking of Mira and how much of a burden I am to Rose and her brother. I
