Lucien’s POV “What took you so long?” I asked Oliver when he returned. “Sorry I bumped into Elara at street 9, and she needed help with something?” Oliver responded feeling remorseful about wasting time. “You saw who—where?” I asked in disbelief. “Elara”, he responded “Do you know why she went out?” I asked “Lady Lilith sent her on an errand and it seems like she got lost.” “Why won’t she get lost? She doesn't know..”, I paused in my tracks recalling that no one knows her true identity. “Where is Lilith?” I asked with so much anger “I suppose she's inside.” When we got into the other living room I saw Lilith and Elara. It felt like they just finished having a heated conversation. I was so pissed, and I'm pretty sure it was obvious. I stared at Lilith with so much disdain
