CHAPTER 4:GET ALONG WELL

They entered a restaurant and found unoccupied table in a corner. Leo being the gentleman that he was, pulled out a chair for Lena.
" So, Lena, for how long have you been in love with me secretly?"
Lena"....."
Lena's tongue got cut.'For how long,?''Only God knows how long?' she could not say it out loud but in her heart .But she has to maintain a good image, so she retorted, Who said I love you first? so, Mr. Leo, for how long have you been in love with me secretly?" She answered back with the same words he asked her. Leo didn't know why but he just likes the way she is, how she carries herself,he likes her pure unblemished face, oohh he just likes her this much.
Before he answered back, a waitress came in and handed him a menu.He gave it to her and she ordered what she thought was enough.
As if her stomach smelled the food around, it growled for every one around to hear, when she was still feeling ashamed of what just happened with her stomach his voice sounded into her ears,"You have been keeping so many worms in your stomach and now they are complaining of hunger?"She almost jumped up from her seat but she knew he was teasing her. She decided to play along with a stummer.."yes, aaah n...no no I mean...." she didn't know how to retort anymore, anyways he is right.
After the meal, he started telling her about himself and she did the same, exchanged phone numbers, had a selfie to remember that day and walked her home.
For two days he had not seen her, until today he decided he can't wait any longer. He has tried calling her but the calls can't go through. "What happened to her ?" he can't help but talk and ask himself questions but no answers.
He could not help but go to check on her, "Lena?,Are you okay ?"There was no response. 'She seems to be inside,but it is daytime and she can't hear me? this is weird?.' he thought to himself and had a bad feeling about this. He kicked the door and the locks separated at once giving him access.
He rushed like lightning and went straight to where he guessed should be her bedroom. And behold, his Lena was there, lying in her bed unconscious,sweating profusely, before his light bulb came back to life he took her in his arms and strode out of her apartment.
" Achoo..Achooo.."her sneezing sounded in the quiet but strange room. She opened her eyes when she felt someone's presence. "You are awake?"He sounded calm but the anger boiling inside him couldn't be measured, he could not figure out why she didn't even tell him she wasn't feeling well when he called her the other day. He suppressed the anger in his chest and sat beside her, then hugged her in silent relieved that she was okay now.
" Why am I here?" She asked him with confusion evident in her eyes."You fainted, if I could not decide looking for you, you could have died in there alone, how would you explain that to me? Am I not important to you?Do you have someone else here you can confide to? Why didn't you tell me that you have a cold? Please don't do that to me again okay?"He softened when he saw her aggrieved face.
" I'm sorry Leo, I'm just not used to telling people my problems, and then again, I didn't know it is a serious one I thought it will go away after taking painkillers." He kissed her forehead, held her cold hands in his said, "Lena, listen to me, I'm your boyfriend now, I'm not just' people ' I will be useless and not worty of you if I can't even be there for you at your lowest moment, I want to share every moment with you, with those moments we can make memories of us, so, from now on make sure you tell me everything , okay?"
