In fact, Pretty is probably the only positive thing her father would say if you ask him to describe her. But without his knowledge, Sunny is just a child longing for her father's love. Having a father who is too focused on himself and his career ever since she can remember greatly affects her behavior. She is maybe a little too much of a savage to many, but overall, she is a great person to be friends with if only she wasn't misunderstood. Sunghoon Park He could be everyone's ideal guy. But there are a lot of things that will make you feel like, nope. Imagine being emotionless, humorless, too serious, unapproachable, strict and selfish? Oh, Sunghoon can relate to all levels. But of course, not everything is negative. He is the filial child of the Parks. The reason why, even if it is against his will, he agreed to be in an arranged marriage to a spoiled brat. Not really considering what possible consequences he might encounter upon agreeing to his parents' deal. But then, who can blame him? He is his parents' pet, and the fact that he only cares about himself, he believes that this marriage won't be that much of a problem. Jongseong Park / Jay Park Jay, despite being labeled as a wayward child, is still on good terms with his parents. The truth is, he doesn't even feel any jealousy towards Sunghoon for getting all the praise and love from his parents. Maybe, just maybe, his parents had long given up on him, so now, he can do whatever he wants. He even lives in Seattle just to be far from his family. That way, he can enjoy his freedom. He can party all night, go home at an unreasonable time, waste money, literally just almost everything. But of course, doing crimes is not included. He still has his morals after all. Aside from all these, he's a playboy by heart, so he has never gotten into a serious relationship. Riki Nishimura He was the most perfect boyfriend Sunny could have ever asked for. A guy who made her feel safe, loved, and comfortable. All the feelings Sunny wanted to get from her father her whole life. Not until he turned into an ex-boyfriend by force, when the arranged marriage happened. Everything went downhill between him and Sunny when he decided to let her go even after she begged him not to. And he swore to God, if asked for the second time around, he wouldn't have done that. He loves Sunny too much, but there are just some things that he, himself, couldn't do and that is to hold on to her. SUPPORTING CHARACTERS Wonie Yang Sunny's best friend since middle school. A consistent honor student, and Sunny's savior whenever s**t goes down her way. Despite her bubbly face and approachable persona, she is just as savage as her best friend. She can kick your ass without the need to do it physically. You'll just feel it. She's friends with Riki as well, but ever since the two broke up, she chooses to distance herself from him and stay with Sunny alone. Because that's what best friends are for. Heeseung Lee The full-time Park brothers' common friend and part-time guidance counselor to the wayward Park. One reason why he is closer to Jay than Sunghoon. Moreover, he is a great cook. He is currently managing a restaurant that he will inherit soon from his parents. Unlike others, he's someone who doesn't tolerate the wrong doings of others even though they are friends. Which is why Jay decided to pass his decision making to him most of the time. Jaeyun Sim / Jake Sim Sunghoon's polar opposite. Basically, a guy who is friendly, has a great sense of humor, and very boyfriend material. He's friends with almost everyone on the campus. You won't even know if he's mad or annoyed, as his face always looks so pleasant and tamed. That's why many are wondering how they became friends when the only thing they have in common is that they are both deadly handsome.
