Morning light slipped through the thin curtains.
Camelia stirred,Her body ached and Her head felt heavy.
Slowly, she opened her eyes only to realize she was in an unfamiliar room.
Her heart skipped.
Memories rushed back.
The bar,The stranger and last night.
and she gasp Her breath hitched.
She turned And froze.
A man sat by the window, calm and composed, like he owned the world.
Alexander.
“You’re finally awake,” he said coldly, not even sparing her a proper glance. “Bitch.”
Camelia’s eyes widened in shock as she quickly pulled the duvet over her body.
“What… what did you do to me?” she asked, her voice trembling.
Alexander let out a dry laugh. “I didn’t do anything. You were the one who started it.”
He gestured lazily toward the bed.
Confused, Camelia followed his gaze
And her heart dropped.
A faint bloodstain.
Her hands trembled.
Her breath caught in her throat.
Her… first time,Gone.
A wave of emotion hit her pain, regret, disbelief.
But then another thought followed.
At least it wasn’t Noah…
Tears burned behind her eyes.
“I’m sorry,” she whispered. “I won’t ask you for anything… no responsibility.”
“Good,” Alexander said immediately, standing up. “Let’s never see each other again.”
He walked toward the door, then paused briefly, glancing back at her with a faint frown.
“Such a weirdo,” he muttered under his breath before leaving.
The door shut.
Silence filled the room.
Camelia sat there, frozen.
“What have I done…” she whispered, her voice breaking.
She quickly gathered her clothes, her hands shaking.
“I’m never drinking again…” she murmured as she rushed out.
Alexander_ Estate
“What do you mean you don’t want to inherit the company?” Grandma Katherine’s voice echoed through the hall.
Alexander leaned back lazily. “I want to build something on my own first. I’ll inherit it later.”
Her eyes narrowed. “This is because of that girl, isn’t it?”
Alexander’s expression darkened.
“I told you to let me introduce you to someone decent,” she continued. “Now look at what happened.”
“Who told you?” he asked sharply.
She smiled faintly. “I have people watching you.
Alexander looked away, jaw tight.
Everything was falling apart faster than he expected.
Two _Months Later
“Camelia! Hurry up! Madam Nazar will shout again!” Nina called from outside.
“I’m coming!” Camelia replied, rushing out.
But as she stepped forward
The world spun,Her vision blurred.
“Nina… I don’t feel”
Everything went black.
HOSPITAL
The smell hit her first.
Clean, Sharp and Unavoidable.
Camelia opened her eyes slowly, her body weak.
“Nina…” she murmured.
“Oh my God, you’re awake!” Nina rushed to her side. “I’ll call the doctor.”
“What happened?” Camelia asked softly.
“You fainted,” Nina said, already halfway out the door.
Moments later, she returned with a doctor.
“Miss Sanchez,” he said gently, “how are you feeling?”
“I’m okay… I think,” she replied. “It’s not serious, right?”
The doctor smiled.
“Actually… congratulations.”
Camelia frowned slightly. “Congratulations?”
“You’re pregnant,” he said.
Silence.
Her heart stopped beating.
“What…?”
“About one month and three weeks,” he continued. “And… it’s twins.”
Everything went still.
Her thoughts,Her breathing,Her world.
“Twins…?” she repeated faintly.
“Yes. You’ll need proper care, regular check-ups”.......
But she wasn’t listening anymore.
Pregnant? how?
With a stranger’s child?
No.
Not one, but Two.
Her hands slowly moved to her stomach.
Trembling.
At _Home
“You’re pregnant… and you don’t even know him?” Nina asked, still trying to process it.
Camelia sat on the edge of the bed, staring at nothing.
“I can’t even feed myself properly…” she whispered. “How do I take care of two children?”
Her voice cracked.
“I’m already drowning… and now this…”
Tears rolled down her face silently.
“I don’t even know if I should be scared… or ashamed…”
Nina moved closer, holding her shoulders. “No Listen to me, We’ll find him.”
Camelia looked up slowly. “Find him?”
Yes. That night at the bar you said he drank a lot. His name must be on the record, We’ll trace him.”
Camelia hesitated. “What if… he rejects it?”
Nina swallowed. “Let’s just hope he doesn’t.”
That Evening – Life Bar
They waited,Patiently,Anxiously.
Finally, when the afternoon shift ended, Nina pulled out the records.
They scanned through the names and froze.
“Alexander Thompson,” they both said at the same time.
Camelia’s heart dropped.
“The heir of the Thompson family?” Nina whispered.
Camelia’s hands went cold.
Before she could process it The door opened.
And he walked in.
Alexander.
Like fate was mocking her.
Like fate had dragged him right back to her.
Nina nudged her. “Go.”
Camelia hesitated.
Fear gripped her.But she walked forward anyway.
Camelia walked toward him slowly, her legs feeling like they might give out at any second.
“I… need to talk to you,” she said.
Alexander barely looked at her. “What do you want?”
Her throat tightened.
“I’m pregnant.”
Silence.
Then A cold sharp laugh.
“Pregnant?” he repeated. “And you came to me?”
“It’s yours”
“Stop,” he snapped. “Don’t insult my intelligence.”
" we had a one night stand doesn't mean it can result to pregnancy ."
Her chest tightened painfully.
“I’m telling the truth”
“I know exactly what you’re doing,” he said, his voice turning cruel. “Trying to trap me.”
Her eyes filled with tears.
“I’m not that kind of person…”
He threw money on the table.
“Take it, And get rid of it.”
Her heart shattered completely.
“I may have made a mistake,” she said softly, tears falling freely now. “But I’m not what you think I am.”
He didn’t respond,Didn’t care, because all women are the same anyway, "gold digger".
Camelia took a shaky step back.
“My name is Camelia Sanchez,” she whispered. “Just in case… you ever remember this moment.”
Then she turned And walked away.
Breaking with every step.
Outside, Nina rushed to her.
“What happened?”
Camelia collapsed into her arms.
“He rejected them…” she cried. “He called me a slut…”
Nina hugged her tightly. “It’s okay… it’s okay…”
Camelia shook her head. “My life is a mess… everything is falling apart…”
… nothing is okay anymore…”
Camelia’s House
As she approached her house, she froze.
Men stood outside,Waiting for her .
Her heart pounded.
“Who are you?” she asked cautiously.
“We’re from HS Loan Bank,” a large man stepped forward. “You owe us money.”
Fear gripped her.
“Please… I’ll pay. Just give me time,” she begged.
“No time,we were told to bring you if you cannot provide the money"he said coldly. “You’re coming with us.”
They grabbed her, "please I will pay just give me more time ,I will pay".
She struggled.
“Please! Don’t take me!”
“STOP.”
A deep voice cut through the air.
Everyone froze,Camelia turned slowly Her heart pounding.
Someone stood behind them.
