“sweety did you check everything , you sure didn’t leave anything behind right “ asked my mom for the 3rd time in last 20 minutes , I answered still because I don’t want to listen to her nag at me more than now for not just answering the obvious question . Its was just last summer we celebrated my dad becoming the chief of his department and now here he is  being promoted again  by transferring him to the  Main branch , I know my dad  rocks at his field  and all but man if they want to promote why adding transfer , because now I have to change schools and all , but I think my mom is not even bothered a bit by it , as  it is just a chance for her to expand her business as you may wonder she is a self-made businesswoman , she  has her own brand  which sells from socks to everything a girl needs , mostly her brand is famous for the girls inner ware . We all boarded our SUV after conforming that everything is loaded  but one thing I don’t understand is we practically shifted everything  to our new home and all that is left is few kitchen ware and 20% of our wardrobe , almost everything is already setup at our new home  as mom never trusts me and dad  for any important tasks like that , she always has some staff at her disposal  and this time too they took care of everything there  and mom  checked on it a week before and we also had my aunt aka my dad’s  younger sister there  as they live in the same city and she too helped us out a little . My aunt and her husband both are  scholars  as they work as professors  at  a  famous university , my aunt is into English lit and her husband is a historian , typical nerds in simple you see my uncle is a second generation heir but refused to take over the company as he likes teaching , so now it is run by his brother , but when my cousin Romanova  gets his degree in management he is going to take over the company from his uncle as his uncle is unmarried , I doubt he is ever going to marry in this life time . So you can guess already , I am obviously going to join the same school as my cousin Romanova but he prefers Rome , he is just a month older than me but man acts like my dad , I am really glad that I am his cousin and not his sister , thank god he is the only child just like me , he is just so over protective over me , if I say  my dad  is so over bearing sometimes , this guy is worst at that . It takes 6 hours to reach their city from us and we add a short break in between it takes exactly 6 and half hours . But I am not bored at all you see my dad here is a typical geek who works at a R&D department , so he helped me download many interesting games and  story reading apps which is really  efficient  at times like this . And my dad as usual  into his laptop going through  some research papers or sort and my mom , I don’t even want to know because she is obviously  going through some  fashion magazines and reading article about her brand , well from what I see non of us is board and are in their own comfort zones and enjoyed this journey to our new home in our own ways .   By the time we reached our penthouse , yes penthouse , I prefer them over independent one’s  unlike my cousin Rome who like them as he can throw parties when ever he likes with out any neighbors complaining about it , As soon as we reached our floor we were greeted with my aunt and her family , she just gave me her bear hug she gives when ever we meet , you see I am the only girl child for the both households and my aunt and uncle always wanted a daughter but couldn’t so they just adore me as if I was their own . My aunt already prepared  dinner for us so we all just  freshened up and had a family dinner like we have for Christmas , you see my dad lost his parents when he was 19 and from then on he raised his twin sister alone and my aunt also didn’t fall any behind she too helped my dad in taking care of everything , even though my grand parents were rich and my dad and aunt had money enough for generations but not having any parent to turn back at difficult times was the most heart breaking thing , when ever my dad shares his stories of the times before he landed a job , I feel so proud of him and my aunt . So this is my sweet little family . “ sweety , our school is gonna start after 4 days so if you have any doubts or need anything , you can call me any time . “ suggested my cousin , man I should take a mental note of warning him not to call me by nick name in school , you see the schools typical jock calling someone sweety , just sounds odd right , well from rumors and the pics he uploaded on his i********:  I can say he is so popular at his school why won’t he be he is handsome ,tall , rich and even good at sports , man I always though he would be a nerd like my aunt and uncle but he is far from the word nerd . “ Oh forgot to ask Sweety  , do you want to go shopping tomorrow  to see if you need something for the school “ my mom asked me suddenly . “ no mom , I have everything needed “ I said and then we all continued our dinner while chatting over random topics . After we finished dinner the elders have settled down at the bar and me and my cousin in my room . “ so sweety do you want to go out with me , I can give you a tour around here “ Rome asked me . “ well Mr Romanova Alfred did you forgot I have been here many times  for family get togethers and all “ I sassed at him . “ I know that but I thought you wanted to look around once , but what was I expecting from a home buddy like you “ he said mocking me , this punk really . “ yes yes you are the most outgoing one among us okay ” I said nonchalantly . “ But sweety don’t you feel suffocating being home all day “ oh man I forgot to warn about the nick name . “ Rome I am warning you before hand okay , no nick names at school , if you call me sweety at school trust me I will post all your dark secrets in i********: and make sure to tag you “I warned him , well , the Rome here is the naughtiest one since child hood and my aunt and mom made sure to capture all those moments so now I can use them to threaten him. “ Sweety , you will see one day when I get my hands on them , I will make sure to vanish them from the earth forever “ he said in a determined and dead serious tone . “ oh suite yourself because I  have my back up stored somewhere , you can try  me because  you see my dad helped me secure them safely for me “ I teased him , he pouted at which because he knows its difficult to crack my dad’s  encrypts .
