  Chapter 15 Geoffrey took a deep breath, inhaling the salty air, and smiled. The bay was blue and smooth as glass, reflecting the cloudless sky above them. The sun was mellow and warm, and the breeze coming off the water was cool, but not cold. It was an unexpectedly perfect day in San Francisco, made even better by the company.
