Training was becoming my least favourite part of the day. Kehmos was going harder on me everyday and I left Royal house hall everyday, feeling absolutely drained. It was as though something had shifted since they all went back home for the weekend and returned to the Academy.
I saw it in his pose, when he trained, the way he had beat up Dickson in the ring the first day after his weekend trip. The way he pushed at me to go harder beyond my limit. I also saw it in Kael, Kaleb too.
They all seemed to be brooding in one silent unspoken conversation. Whatever it was, I decided to give them their privacy, okay not them—but Kael since he was the only brother I'm more open and friendly with.
