"What are we waiting for then let's go" Eve then pulled us in
We enjoyed for a while then I saw the improvement of my students.
"Hey guys what about we take it up a notch."
"Titan moving targets please."
The rock targets started hiding underground and peeks out back again.
"Okay fire!" I ordered.
The students helped themselves by practicing. When I looked at the time it is almost lunch, but I cannot stop now while they are enjoying.
"Bending the rules from time to time might not hurt right?" I asked myself.
The other class are packing up while my class is still practicing. I took a deep breath and spoke.
"Guys lunch time!" I shouted.
"You go on Master."
"Yeah, we still need to practice."
"Fine, but don't forget to eat your lunches okay."
"Okay Master we will" they answered in chorus.
"Looks like they are really enjoying themselves."
I turned around and went to the cafeteria. I sat down together with the other instructors.
"Looks like your students are having fun?" Sora said.
"Ah Chris can I ask a favor?" Dr Edwin asked
"What is it Doc?"
"We are hoping that you can enhance our war zone by putting different obstacles and leveling" Dr Edwin requested
"After I tell my Strategist what to do, I'll drop by."
"Thank you very much”.
"Hey Draxx, what about some sparring practice between my tanks versus your knight’s tomorrow morning?" Sora asked.
"I will have asked them first thing in the morning because we have this event happening in two weeks’ time" Draxx answered.
"Oh, another event does tell" Sora seems curious.
"Well, we will have a single elimination battle”.
"I like that idea" Sora seems planning something.
"Play along as long as you like we would like some injured test subjects for our drills”.
"Yeah, our students are getting sick using the same old dummies."
"That's true, they said that it's too light compared to an injured person" the medics said.
After we finished eating, we immediately head out and prepared for the next class.
My Marksmen are still practicing so my next class is on the tanks area.
"Okay Strategists your task is to find some of the different role."
"You can choose anyone as long as they agreed."
"I will give you a month to prepare for the event. You and your chosen allies will battle against the different groups in a single elimination match."
"Your ranking will be based depending on what place you will get."
"I will now let you go and choice your teammates."
After I gave the task, I went to the Healer's area.
"Doc I am here what is that you want again I kinda slipped my mind" I said as I approached them.
"Headmaster we want you to enhance are war zone. Kindly add some obstacles and provide different elevations and leveling" a medic said.
Using different fragments, I enhanced the war zone. I placed deep craters, some mud, huge flames, and fake dead bodies using the terrain.
The medic is all amazed in the transformation of their new playground.
"Okay medics time to explore our new area" Dr Edwin ordered
The medics made a dry run using the entire zone. They seemed got stuck in some of the traps and some are even wounded.
"Isn't that too much Doc?" I asked while I pity the medics.
"No Chris it is still missing something, but I can't figure it out at the moment."
"You see the purpose of this hazardous environment is to show the healer what the war zone really looks like."
"I want them to face reality."
"Well Doc your Healers might have a chance”.
"But how? Most of my students aren't ready to be sent for war" Dr Edwin seems worried.
"That's not what I meant Doc. You see the current task of my Strategists are finding an ally in each role and they will fight against the other groups."
"So, you are telling me that my Healers will be participating in that said event."
"Yes Doc" I gave a thumb up.
"When is this event going to happen?"
"In a month"
"I'll be on my way now Doc. I still need to check what my students are doing" I said as I waved goodbye.
Days passed and all classes continued with their drills. We all noticed that the skills of each student enhanced significantly.
The Tanks are doing their best to stay in shape for their upcoming event.
The Knights are still mastering their weapon of choice.
The Healers are all treating the injured students and using them as a practice dummies for their war zone drills.
The Assassins are practicing their combat skills, and some are trying the new obstacle course that Draxx prepared.
The Strategists are still looking for their allies, but some are started practicing.
And the Marksmen finally switched to a new g*n. The snipers now used the shotgun and vice versa.
I called a meeting regarding the upcoming events.
"Sora looks like your event is going to be first what are you going to need?" I asked.
"Well, we are going to occupy the entire field for our event”.
"You see the single elimination that I am thinking will be continuous. After one win he or she will immediately battle another winner while the loser battles another loser"
"It's that going to be confusing?" A medic asked.
"That's why my slaves will do the recording for me."
"Can I count you and your men for that Draxx?"
"Sure Master"
"How about your event Draxx? Your event is next week" I asked.
"The Knights will undergo a single elimination battle winner takes all."
"They are separated into different brackets depending on their weapon of choice."
"All champions will battle against the other champions in a last man standing match."
"My healers will be the one to transport the knocked down knights" Dr Edwin suggested
"And I will bond all knights during the event to avoid casualties."
"Hey Chris, why not bond my tanks?" Sora asked.
"Okay I will but only 3% per tank to maximize their strength and endurance”.
"My event will be three weeks from now. I am hoping that all of your chosen students will cooperate."
"Can I count you on that?"
They all agreed.
