However, right at that moment, Issac got up, furious. Him being the Alpha, he was challenged and he did not like that either. Quickly he got up, and ran up to the man as his eyes had gone red with anger. The king accepted the challenge, running closer and quickly Issac through a punch at him, but the king blocked it, holding his hand as he threw him over the shoulder yet again. The mad rage between both of them was thickening and brutal. Issac was bleeding as he was fallen on the chairs, his pride hurt and the king was furious. "What the hell..." Rann let out, rushing in with everyone. The bride, the groom, the guests, even the elders and the witches were there as well. Staring at the brutality that was here. The King's family were taken a back as to what could have started any of this. But right now all Barka saw was blood, and he wanted to see more of it. "HOW DARE YOU, HOW DARE TOUCH THE QUEEN, MY MATE? HOW DARE YOU GET CLOSE TO HER?" He screams, surprising everyone that was standing there. Even Neve's parents had walked up. "Oh my God." The King's grandmother let out, placing her hand on her chest as she looked at the girl by the altar. Her queen. "What did he say?" Santo asked Rann. Barka then walked up the injured Issac, but not before pulling out a large rod that was cut into a piece on either side, creating a large cut on his hand by the sharp corner. Which was going deep into his flash. He did not care, he was making his way towards him, who was down on the ground exhausted and in pain. But still not done with the fight as well. Neve, on the other hand, she was holding on the pillar, as her body was giving up but she knew she could not let Issac die. She noticed his blood dripping down the rod. "No...." She whispered to herself, realising what he was going to do. She did not have the strength in her but quickly Evi pushed herself away from that alter, and pick up her dress as she ran or tried to run downstairs. Now rushing towards the Alpha lord. Barka though, he never took his eyes off of Issac, walked even closer, and closer and faster and the moment Barka reached Issac, and quickly in all of his rage, Barka raised the rod up. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH............" His eyes black, and the Alpha wanted blood, Issac's blood. And with all of his force he plunged the rod down, aiming at him, but right then, stood up Evi. "Huuuhhh..." She gasped, the moment the rod went down. Evi was standing right between her Alpha, her mate and the king and between the man she had decided to marry. People around hem gasped in horror as to what they saw. Blood, there was so much blood. Evi had held on to the rod so tight in her hand. The force of the Alpha was so strong that the corner of the rod created a large cut on her palm. So deep the cut was, both of them holding on to the rod, both eyes wide open. But at this moment, Evi felt none of that, not even a little bit and that was all because at this moment both of their eyes landed on each other. For the first time they looked at each other, knowing their existence in this world, it was all shocking. She couldn't have ever forgotten that feeling because it was very similar to the one she had many years ago, when she saw her mate as a little child that she was. Her wolf calling out to his wolf. Flower so awake and alive and this only happened one time before, and this was her second chance mate. Evi simply could not believe her eyes or any of this. How ever, for Barca, the man had lost his sense of reality. Everything about her he wanted to protect. He wanted to keep her close, Barka wanted to keep her away from everyone. The beauty that she was and the brave soul she possessed made him understand she was a worrier. She was still standing right in front of the Alpha, A King. Something only Luna, or a queen could do. However, all of that aside, the elders and everyone were shocked at what ever happened. It all transpired so fast, and they knew that anyone of them could have died today, and right now. But the elders did not see that, because they saw something else entirely. The elder of the pack, with the witch right next to him, both walked in closer, taking small steps. But their eyes only stuck blood that was dripping on the rod. Barka's blood flowing down and slowly meeting Evi's palm. It collided together, becoming one in the process. "This, this is done. It is done." He witch let out. Shocked and scared of the future that was to come. "What is done? What?............" The Alpha asked afraid as well. But he did not answer. "Don't kill him." Evi whispered very brave this time, standing up but she never looked the way from the king. Not even for one second she did so. Slowly, then Barka moved the rod away from them, but his movements came with the result. It hurt her. "Ahh." She let out a small whined as the cut got even deeper and this alarm the Alpha lord. Realising what he had done , Barka moved closer and unnecessarily too close to her. Grabbing on to her hand in his, he was looking carefully, when she felt a sudden shock in her entire body. "Huuhhh.." Evi gasped, as she looked up to see this strange man, and the concern that he had on his face for her. She wanted him to stay there, but he was a stranger to her. Both feeling this in their blood, in their skin. But at this moment, nobody reacted to that. "Open your hand, show me." He said, wanting her to open her palm but she was sudden out of her trance and realized what was going on. Eveltet was shaking her head wishing to move away from all this, because her breath never stop to getting heavy and this was making her light headed. "Show me what happened." He said, this time a little to loud, and with a tight grip on her hand. "It is not necessary." She whispered very softy, shaking her head. However, this answer, made Barka furious. He looked up at her, mad, the king in him was also out. "What do you mean it's not necessary?" He asked, with his thick authoritative voice coming through, but she backed away from him, pulling her hand away and for that very first time Barka felt this sudden stab in his chest. The pain was so massive as he saw his mate walk backing away. Even though he never wanted one in his life, looking at her, smelling that scent on her, and standing so close to her just for her to back way was hurtful, but more than the pain filled, there was a sense of anger when he though as to why of this was even happening. "This is not possible." Isaac said, getting up as Evi turned around, but the Alpha lords, his eyes stayed on his Luna. His rough expression stuck to him. Evi had enough of all this. She was weak and couldn't take it all together. And so quickly she turned around, not looking at her family, elders, and even the royalty as well. She simply started walking out of there and all their eyes on Evi. Without any warning or so, she just walked in. "Evi.." Gene said, calling out for her best friend and so did her mother and father. But she quickly made her way past her, never turning around, ever looking up. However, Evelet, on the other hand, she walked in to the house, and right in the study, the only place that would be empty. She opened and rushed inside, Evi walked up to the fire place, almost immediately wanting some kind warmth, and this fire was giving her that. Holding on to her chest, Evi was trying to breath. "What the hell is going on outside ?" Gene asked, walking in and closing the door behind her. Evi was done now. She shut her eyes tight, controlling her breath. "Please don't ask me anything Gene. I can't do this anymore. I don't even know....." "But your mate is outside. Are you still going to marry Isaac?" Gene asked, interrupting Evi but she had nothing to say. Evi was standing there, her eyes on the fire, she was thinking hard. "He is the lord Evi, and your mate. Why are you thinking too much about it?" She asked, completely taken aback by her reaction. "But Evi, he is right here." Gene whispered. "Enough...." She said turning around, feeling suffocated in her noun body. However at this second, she was not looking at her best friend but behind Gene, and at the Alpha lord standing right her. the man had no expression on him, but suddenly, he was turning very furious as well, but even though that face should have scared her, Evi still had no fear. She knew mate's don't have fear and this theory was eating her up again. She was more than confused. "Can you give us a minute......." He said to Gene in his rough tone, no mercy and no option. Gene did not question, and she then quickly turn around walking out of the room, but not before turning and giving one last look to Evi. Evi glanced at the fire yet again but this time doing a task. She was forcing the necklace out of her neck, as it has started to choke her. She said nothing to him, she did want to. Forgetting his title as of now, Evelet was in her mind. However, Barka waited for some sort of.......... anything. But that moment, the silence was so loud and the only thing they could hear was the crackling of wood. "Your mate died?" He asked, which made has stopped working on her necklace. She did not have control over her breath yet again. "Do you believe that?" She asked, and confused in the man. "I have been trying to say this to my family over the years, but who would listen to a child. Everytime a child say something, they should have imagined it, none of that can be true. But yes, my mate her died and that is the truth." She said, and he clenched his jaw. He asked nothing, and slowly started walking up to her. She was stunned at this, looking down at his steps, and then back to his eyes. A deep frown growing on her, she was confused by his actions. There was heat between them that nobody could understand. He didn't look away from her, simply not being able to. Something about her eyes just made him do so. Barka, entirely wanting to pull over. "What about you?" She suddenly asked, trying to back out any feeling her, while her wolf was trying to come out. But both of them so weak. Although her words confused him. "Me?" He asked, stopping closer to her. "You know what you really want in your life, the entire Kingdom and everyone who has remotely heard about you knows you do not want a mate or a queen." She said, being honest, forward, and straight with him. And this stopped his heart, clearly realising that she was speaking the truth, that truth that he has been screaming out loud in the open. "I don't know what your reason is, I don't care. I do not believe in this second chance. It don't exist, you don't exist and your wolf is lying to you." She said, and he could only listen to her. "This is not meant for us." She let out, backing away from him. That being the right thing to do. And immediately, everything went quiet for that one moment as she turned around looking at that fire. Nobody spoke but that was the only thing that continued on. The burning wood. He moved closer to her, he couldn't help himself. The scent that she had on her was enchanting, and he was being hypnotize. "You should leave......" She whispered, and for the first time in his life those words felt like it could kill him. Maybe it even dead. His eyes stayed on her as she was facing the other way. "Are you rejecting me?" He asked with his rough tone, power pouring from his voice. "You are a king." She let out, turning around and facing him, looking him deep into his eyes. But every part of her body just wanting for her to go hug him, hold him but the resistance was painful. "I think a king like you can have anyone. You never wanted a queen, what kind of life will you provide me?. You have never even tried to go out find your mate, if it wasn't for this wedding you wouldn't have come here, ever. And if I hadn't had my first mate, I would have died." Evi let out, speaking the truth. However, this time he had enough of her. His eyes once again went dark but not black. Immediately, he is a grabbed on to the table that was next to both of them, and threw it across the room in all his force. "ENOUGH......." Barka screams making the table slam to the wall, breaking into large and small pieces. Yet there was no impact made on her. She just could not fear him, but spoke up the truth that he couldn't hear. "Reject me, get this over with. Because I am not leaving my family and going with someone who doesn't want to me. Who I don't want either." She let out. And all Barka could do was smirk at her. Both their eyes stuck to each other. "That is impossible." The Alpha said, and now she was furious. But that al aside, Evi started to feel warm, but in her hand. She looked down at her bloody hand, and then looked at Barka's hand. The large cuts that was healing, but taking its time. At this moment, her thought went to what Isaac said to her earlier. The blood bond or a full moon. "Whattt...." Evi gasped, backed away letting out a large feared huff. How ever that same king stared at both their hands in disbelief. "This was supposed happen." The witch muttered, shocked by the turn off events as she stood out the door, staring at both of them. "The blood union can only mean you both are in union yourself." She said, looking at the king who was shocked. "Evi Melete Mardose is your Queen, My Lord." She said, and everyone heard loud. "Huhhh..." Evi gasped, unsure of what just happened. She looked at the man she was not supposed to marry. At this point, at this very moment Alpha Barka knew there was no backing away. It didn't matter what he wanted because he had no power in him to reject her, not after being this close to her. Quickly he looks away from his hand and up to her. "We are leaving right now." He said, in atmost authority. But Evelet knew there this was not possible. "You cannot force me into this, I am not going to leave my family and my mate................." "I said, we are LEAVING......." He said, growling, this time making even the witch fear. Immediately, she backed away in fear of him, but Evi composed herself. Wiped her blood on her dress, not carrying about anything anymore or about anyone. "You cannot force me...." She let out, quickly walking right past him, but right then, as she walked out of there, rushing to go to her room. She couldn't listen to anyone anymore, that was just not possible for her to leave with him. However, things were still not working out for Evi. Everything that happened got way too heavy for her. Way too much for her understand. Her legs started to shake as she began to see black. Evi was rushing to her room, just to fall asleep, if that was even possible for her. But her breath got heavy on her chest and right at that movement everything gave away for her. "Flower, " She whispered, her eyes slowly shutting and her legs shaking. Immediately, Evi grabbed on to the table what was next to her, but that did not help. Rather she lost her strength in her hands as well, and Evi was falling, taking the table and the vase that was on it with her. As she fell, Evi was waiting for the impacts to come, for her to hit the marble floor but I didn't happen. Other than that, she felt something very soft under her head. "I got you............" A heavy voice said, and Evi slowly opened her eye only to see Barkaa with her. He made her feel calm. "I am right here.." He said, this time sounding so different than he did before. However, right beside her the table fell, with the glass hitting the marble floor, splashing the glass everyone. Immediately Barka pulled her close to his chest, just so she could be protected. Everything was happening so fast for her, just a few second but right now everything was slowed down. She felt at peace there in his arms, the kind of peace she was craving but could never see coming. But this was something different, the warmth, the feeling of him around her. She knew it was going to be okay. Evi has never felt so protect, never felt so safe, so powerful and so at peace that she closed her eyes and let sleep take over her. She let darkness consumer her gladly and she slept.
