Neve tosses and turns around her bed, extremely tired, extremely hungry. There was just a lot going on in her, as her breath was getting heavy and she was also getting sweaty, almost as if Neve was having a nightmare. Something that has been happening for quite sometime. "Neve wake up." A voice came and it was very familiar to her. Although, somehow she still couldn't do it. She couldn't get up. "Eve, what happened?" The same voice spoke yet again, but this time she felt a hand on her shoulder, bringing her back to reality. Immediately, Neve opened her eyes as fast as she could, like she had to pull herself out of where ever she was. "Huuhhhh.... shit.." She let out a huge gasp, as if this had terrified her, or something like that. Neve did not entirely understand what it was but she was awake, and that was more than enough for her. However, right at that moment she looked to her right to see her cousin Misty was sitting on the bed right next to her with a scared look on her face. "What happened?" She asked looking at her through her hazel eyes, her beautiful short, curly, brown hair moving back and forth with her. However right then Neve completely forgot about what she was going through and immediately her mind went to the day it was today. The expression of fear changed into excitement as she looked at her sister. "It's your wedding tomorrow." She said out of nowhere, the glow in her eyes was standing up strong. However, Misty was a little taken a back. "I know that, I am well aware of my wedding, but what about you? What were you dreaming about? You were saying "don't" a lot. What happened?" She asked worried about Neve. "Nothing happened." She said, clearly lying but quickly sitting up straight on the bed and smiling softly. She didn't want her to think too much about something that didn't concern her. "You have to stop worrying about me, and worry about that pimple on your face. Other than that everything else is fine," Neve said not holding back and reminding her of something she too clearly knew. Misty got a little conscious, and backed away. "Stop saying that." She muttered softly and stood up. "I came here to tell you that your dad is looking for you." She said, still pissed. "Why? Neve asked a little curious. "It's my day off, and I don't even have to do rounds," She said. However, it looked like her sister did not care as she was making her way out the room. "Get up fast, we have things to do and you are my maid of honour. You have many things to do as well." She reminded her, walking out of the room and closing the door behind her. However, right at that moment Neve couldn't help but think about the work that was waiting for her, and so immediately she let her body fall in a loud thread... "Ehhhhhh... so much to do..." She whined, spreading her hands and legs like a starfish, her thick black hair spreading around as well as she stayed there growling. But suddenly her mind went back to the dream she had. There was blood everywhere, all around her and she was right in the middle of it. And that was it. The same dream for months and months now. It was pressurizing for her but not knowing what she was seeing this, it was confusing her and even scaring Neve. But she couldn't talk about it, so she let it be. "Okay, let's go.." She whispered, get up to do something to divert her mind. But she was excited about the wedding. It's been a while since anything happened in this Salvador pack, but now good days are back. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................... Within no time, Neve walked out of the house all dressed up. As her beautiful black eyes were staring out at her pack members who were greeting her as she made her way through them all and right ahead at her father. A large tall man he was, the Alpha of Salvador's pack. However she looked very familiar to her mother but her eyes,, that she got from her father. "You called for me?" She said as the man turned around very happy to see his little girl. The Alpha never usually smiled for anyone, but she was his world. She was special to him. Quickly he grabbed her into a tight hug and she couldn't resist it. "Good morning to you too." She said pulling away, as the looked at the open land that was decorated in the most elegant way. Chandeliers everywhere, beautiful white tables and chairs and alter in between. It was just breathtaking. Especially the flowers and the lights. Just as Misty wanted it. "What do you think?" He asked. "I think it is amazing. Aunty Kira did a great job." She said talking about Misty's mother who was also a wedding planner. "She is having fun, isn't she?" Neve let out. However her father looked down at her. This time the smile on his face had completely disappeared. "Neve, I understand that you are getting married to Isaac because the union will help both the families and the Army." He said bringing it up yet again, although this was not something she wanted to talk about. "Dad please...." She said. "Neve, you do understand that he is not your mate, the world hasn't changed so much, hasn't become so modern that you let go of your mate." He said, still wanting for her to think about this. "I am 23 years old. If the mate system existed, I would have found him. What if he is dead. I have waited for too long, and what I am doing is right for the pack." She said speaking about the same thing over and over again. Her father though, he wasn't having it. "And what if he is not?" He asked. "I understand Issac's mate died the moment she was born, but..." He said. "But nothing dead.." She said looking right ahead. "Our pack needs this, their pack needs this as well. After the attack of the witch 7 years ago, things changed in our pack. Grandma almost died, she can't even speak anymore." She said reminding of the horror that came with the war and the witches. "We need that army and they need us. We both are right for each other." She let out, and he was frustrated yet again. "You both are exactly like each other." He said reminding her, but at that moment it was her wolf that absolutely hated this conversation, and more than her father did. Neve felt a sharp pain in her chest, something that always hurt her, everytime she talked about her mate dying. Flower her wolf was always disappointed, always hurt, and so was Neve. But she tried her very best to get over it and do what was necessary, even move on. But it was very difficult for her wolf. "Eve, we need you here." She heard a loud voice coming from behind her and immediately she knew who it was. Eve was more than thankful as well. Quickly she turned around to see her twin brothers, both older than her. Abin and Kan. Both of them as tall as her father, very similar they were to him, but loud and mean. Quickly, Kan grabbed on to her by the neck pulling her away from there. "We will have to take her father, we have some work together." He said clearly lying, and his Abin grabbed on to his sister by the hand, he was being very careful with her, not as roughly as his brother. How ever the lie was clearly seen by everyone, even the Alpha too very well knew that her brothers were here to help her out, as they always did. Pulling her away so that a huge fight did not commence. He nodded his head seeing right through both of them, all of them. "I was see you later then." He said to his daughter, kissing her forehead and walking away from there. And so did all three of them. "Thank god you saved me. I can't deal with that conversation again." She said frustrated. "Maybe you would want to talk softly, I could hear what you both were talking about from a mile away." Kan said to her, letting go of his sister. "By the way, where is Luthe?' She asked curious. "With his mate. He cannot let his pregnant wife alone for a second." Abin said, talking about their eldest brother, the next Alpha after her father. "What about both of your mates? Where did you leave them?" She asked again. "They are busy at the moment. Misty is dragging everyone into this," Kan said frustrated as he looked around the place, not knowing what more there was to do. "It is her wedding," Neve said, trying to butt in. "And what about your wedding? you are next in line right after Misty. It's you who is going to be the bride." Kan said looking at his sister a bit worried now. And so was Abin. "Are you ready for this?"Abin asked. However, at this moment she quickly took in a deep breath, done this time. "I keep saying this to everyone, but you asking me 500 times. It will not change my answer." She said walking away from both of them, slightly forward. However, Kan stopped right on his track, looking at only her. "You are giving up on your mate very soon." He is as she stood there, turning to him. "You pulled me away from dad just to say this to me?. I am really tired, enough you guys." She said turning around and leaving them both there. She was too frustrated now as she walked out of this whole situation. She wanted sometime away from these people that she loved, wanted time away from this wedding, this atmosphere and even this land for sometime. She needed some fresh air, because this talk was not something Neve wanted this early in the morning. Quickly she worked back to her mansion, making her way through the gates frustrated as sage was. She immediately saw her black Mercedes standing Without wasting a second, she got into the car, starting it up and drove it away from there. As her car road loudly, it did not alarm anyone there, because of the work going on. There was already too much noise for anyone to know that she was gone. But anyways she was gone all the time. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................. It did not take that long for her, but she had finally reached the spot where she always came. Stopping the car she looked out the window at a large cliff that was to her right. Completely surrounding by some thick forest, but she could clearly see the cliff. Immediately she got out of the car, making lehr way to the forest and right as she got in, the birds started getting even louder at the presence of her and her wolf. She was at bay at this moment, but the wolf was alert to the surrounding, and alarmed by the forest, the atmosphere, the wind, and even the smell of trees and mud. Moreover, water that was right ahead. Immediately as stood by the cliff as she walked down the rocks, going a little bit more deeper, and to a more isolated part. She needed to be alone for once, and in her favourite spot.
