Chapter 18

Within no time, they all reached a very beautiful boutique. It was actually very large, a very massive place as it was, and Evi had never seen anything like this before. Immediately, the doors opened and she walked out and right in front of her stood Santo, as he was looking here and there and everywhere. Actually, she was a little scared after seeing how he was behaving around her. It only made her understand that people might be after her now, and that was not only what she was. Now she was a queen but at the same time she was also very wealthy. There was a lot that came from her now, she was not just anyone anymore.

She was going to be a Queen, and this was already giving her a head ache. But some how the responsibility came with a lot more other things, and she was not getting used to it. Never the less she walked out and right into these large gates that were automatically opening up for her.

"What is this place?" She asked Nori, a little scared.

"Don't worry, this is normally where the king and queens take clothes come from and normally they come home. But the Queen mother thought that you would like to come out and feel the fresh air. And so we directly came here." Nori explained everything to her and it actually made perfect sense. And it also made her feel as if it was the right thing to do. She did not hate the idea one bit, but still all of this was a bit overwhelming for her as well. Never the less, she walked.

"Don't worry about it, everything is going to be okay and you are going to love everything here." She said as the main doors opened up and the Queen mother walked in first, and right after her came in Nori and Evi.

The moment she walked inside, the very first thing she noticed was the interior. Everything was made of glass here and everything was golden and everything looked perfectly right for a king and queen. Very well understand this place was making a lot of money from the royalty. And for them to construct a massive establishment like this might have taken a lot of investment and a lot of royalty ass sucking, as well. She knew that now she was going to experience that as well, and as disgusting as that sounded in her head, she let it go.

"It is so nice to see you all here" A ladies voice came up, her voice was so calm and collected and very soothing and right at that moment there was a face to that voice as well. Evi looked at her, and immediately understood the match between them. She was a gorgeous brunet, and extremely tall with a long legs and a little curry body. But she was extremely beautiful looking. Evelet was completely blown away by her beauty. And immediately she walked up to the Queen mother, and first bowed down to her.

"It is wonderful to see you Queen mother." She said, taking her hand and giving it a small kiss.

"Always a pleasure to come here. How ever this time I brought a little guest and a new family member with me." The Queen mother said, turning around and looking at Evi. Immediately, Evi had a small smile on her face, trying to be polite to the women she had never met before. But she sounded very nice and was well behaving, nicely spoken. She had no bad aura that Evi felt around her either.

"This is our future Queen, Queen Evelet." the Queen mother said, introducing her to the stylist and the owner of this place. How ever, the moment she said those words out loud, it felt like everything shifted for everyone in that boutique. Although they were the only one allowed there, being completely VIP, but it seemed like these words had shocked them to their core. The colour of their face her completely faded away, but slowly after the shock settled down, it came back as well.

It was needless to say that Evi was a little shocked, by the way everyone reacted. She did not know if that was a good or a bad thing, but it's sounded good. Their reaction just came out very different than she would have expected.

"We had only heard about the Queens arrival. I thought people were playing with us. It is an honor to see you my Queen." She said, walking up to her and immediately bowing down to Evi. She had absolutely no idea what to do, when anyone were doing the same in front of her. She just stood there a little awkwardly.

"Please.." She said, trying to be polite as the woman then got up and so did the rest of the people around the boutique as well.

"It is such an honour to finally meet you." She let out, genuinely sounding.

"It's nice to meet you as well. I love how this place looks. It is very beautiful, you must be very proud of yourself." Evi said, speaking in the most honest way to her, and not trying to pretend to be royalty. She was honestly complimenting her and her place.

How ever, the Queen mother had a big smile on her face, extremely proud and happy at the way she was speaking with people outside of the castle as well. The Queen mother very clearly knew the state that Evi was in and of course, recently Evelet had her own emotional moment as well. But for her to forget any of that and come out in the open and much more relaxed and behave properly in front of others, that only made her feel much more delighted by the manners, that she had. The Queen mother had always knew that River was a good child, but her children were very extremely polite as well. The Queen mother then glanced at Nori, who already had her smile on her face as both of them talked a while.

"What can I help you with? what is it that I can do for the royalty?" She asked, after a small and polite conversation between each other.

"We have a crowning in two days, and I thought it would be great to find a beautiful gown for her to wear on her coordination. Something that will make her stand out from any Queen that has ever left crowned." The Queen mother said, although Evi had to plan to overthrow anyone. This seemed a lot bit too much.

"Of course, why not? This way please." She said, taking them towards a staircase that went to the first floor. Once up there, there was a selective amount of collections there and mannequins everywhere and large beautiful gowns all around. It was actually breath taking and honestly, she had never seen anything like this in her entire life before.

She had never come to a place like this, because shopping as a rich person is different and shopping like a royalty was nothing that a lot of people could see.

"You can choose anything from here, I am sure everything will suit our future Queen." She said and walked away from there, as Queen mother started looking around the place.

"Also, Queen mother, I could have brought all of these dresses to the castle myself. You did not have to come all the way here. I can imagine there must be a lot to do in the castle because of the crowning." She let out and that was also true in many ways as well. How ever both Nori and Evi were looking around and all the other dresses. But she could listen to the queen mother talking to that lady.

"I just wanted to show our future Queen all around the kingdom. Show her what places would be, what she would like. This was just a little trip around the place. It will be very difficult for the Queen to get anywhere after the crowning is done and with all the responsibility that would come to her." The Queen mother said, only making Evi even more so stunned. She raised her eye brows and unconsciously she was touching a dress but not even looking at it for that one second.

"What do you think about this?" Nori asked her, showing her a red gown that had the biggest umbrella on it and it was beautiful but Evi was not into it all that much either. And that kind of red was not her type as well.

"It's nice but, I just want to have something simple on that day." She said to her and Nori nodded her head, understanding what she might want for her on that day.

Evi then started walking away from there and seeing Queen mother who was alone and she was looking at other beautiful gowns that were wide sprad as well. How ever, already Evi knew that she was the queen, Evi did not have to stand out wearing anything bigger and brighter.

However, the Queen mother was around some good things. She had a very good eye for gowns and so Evi walked up to her this time.

"What do you think about this?" The Queen mother asked, showing Evi a beautiful white gown that was beautiful, flowy and just very elegant. She actually, very much liked it, and so did the Queen mother as well.

"It's beautiful, but is it all? I mean all of this necessary?. We can just take one and leave." Evi said to her, hoping she could agree.

"I can't just let my grandson's Queen have anything. He is the only grand child that I have, and now I have two children with me. You and him. For you both I want the best and there is no other way to this. And where else will I get a chance to have a coordination for both of you, because a crowning only happens once and I think I have all the right to enjoy it with Barka and you." The Queen mother said and this was some things she could understand as well. Because for a long time there, Evi was the only girl in her family as well, and every thing they did with her became a big celebration. Because they wouldn't have the chance of doing any of that again. Because, other than her, there were many other girls in the house. There were just boys in the house after her. And somehow it was understandable for her.

"I can understand" Evi said to the Queen mother.

"I found your dress Evi.." Nori's voice came from behind her, surprising her as both the Queen's turned around to see Nori was standing by a dress, and it was not quite on display but turned the other way. Both the Queen mother and Evi walked up to the maniquin to see the dress and yes, it was break taking. Very pretty, not much of thickness in it, but it was thick enough, with long sleeves with a open back. It was breathe taking and completely made of silk. One of the best things she has seen in here life.

"It looks like a wedding gown, but it's beautiful isn't it?" Nori asked, how ever Evi, on the other hand, she could not help but actually agree to it. It did look like a wedding gown but Evi did not care about it. It was exactly what she would wear on an event like this. Although Evi never expected to have a crowning in her life, but it was so much simple then every thing that was over here.

"What do you think, Queen mother. Do you like it?" Nori asked her for her opinion as well, looking at her only to see that the Queen mother was a little emotional over here. Both the girls were taken a back by this.

"What happened, is something wrong?" Evi asked her, surprised to see her this way.

"This dress reminds me of Barka's mother." The Queen said, confusing them both.

"What do you mean?" She asked.

"Because she wanted to wear something of silk as well for her coordination, but her mother showed her something else for her, and it was also very beautiful. She fell in love with it as well. But her eyes very much were stuck to that one dress she had seen before. And every now and then, on every occasion, she would just end up talking about that dress all the time. She would have looked breath taking in the dress she wanted to wear." the Queen mother said, and they both stood there listening to her.

"However, on her coronation she looked like a goddess." The Queen mother said, slowly glancing at Evelet.

"It's just that you decided on this dress, it reminds me of her." She said, making Evi smile brighter.

"You can have this if you want to. I don't want to force you into anything. This is beautiful, and it will look amazing on you." She said, almost as if the Queen mother was blessing her all this time. It was not that Nori and Evi wanted to make her upset, it was unintentional, but what had happened had happened.

They both looked at each other.

"Okay, this will do." She said, when suddenly again Evi's stomach started to growl. It came out of nowhere and for so long it wasn't there either. She was shocked, completely forgotten about the food, but suddenly her body remained her and both the Queen mother and Nori were taken a back and upset that they forgot to feed the Queen.

"Oh my god, my love, I am so sorry. Let me just tell her about the dress and we can leave." The Queen mother said, telling one of her help that came with her, and the woman left them to get her work done. However, Evi stood right there, looking at the dress that she was about to wear in her crowning. Although until now this was not something she was thinking about, but now she couldn't help herself. This someone looked like a fairy tale to her and she just did know if she wanted to be in this one or not. Because Fairytales were not only about beautiful things and the castle and the King and Queen, there were a lot more things that came with it.

However, on a different side of the kingdom, far away there was a different kind of darkness that was surrounding a different kind of pain.

"Isaac........." His Beta called out for him as he knocked on his office door, but nothing came about it. He stood by the door waiting for his Alpha to say something, call him inside, but nothing happened.

"I know that you don't want to talk to some one, but talk to me, Issac. You have been in that room for days now, it's time that you get out." He said to Issac, hoping that his Alpha would listen to him, hoping that he could come out of this dread. However, suddenly he heard a small cracking of a glass from inside and it was something that startled him. His Beat knew that Isaac needed his help and without any warning or so, he pushed the door open and walked into the room. Not asking for permission, but only to see that the room was completely covered in darkness.

Curtains were closed and there was no place for wind, air or even fresh air to come in to the room. It was almost as if he did not want any of that. It was a little strange to see him this way. He was always such a bright personality, and happy, healthy in his thoughts, but right now he seemed like a completely different person.

"Isaac, I am speaking to you as your friend right now, enough of this." He said to the man sitting by the fire place. He was just watching the fire burning entirely.

"When is her crowning?" He asked, almost as if that was the only thing he wanted to know about her.

"Issac stop thinking about her. She had nothing to do with this. What did you expect her to do say?, no to her mate?" He asked.

"I am her f****** MATE......" Issac screamed, throwing the glass that he was holding on to and throwing it right across the room as the glass landed on a wall, smashing itself into the wall and breaking into small pieces. But the Beta did not blink. But he could clearly feel and see at the same time hear his pain.

"You are getting angry with the wrong person, and yes, she agree to marry you, but that time was different." He said to him, making him think over this.

"Nothing has changed for me." Issac said.

"Because your mate is dead." He said, reminding him.

How ever, right at that moment, and in a swift movement, the Alpha got up from the chair and threw the chair across the room as well, creating more of a mess in the room than it already was. And quickly he lunged at his Beta, his best friend. Slaming him on the wall, and making him suffer the pain.

"Does it hurt?" Issac asked him. Isaac was screaming at him but he did not say anything.

"Because it hurts me, I have loved her all those years of knowing her. I have never known anything but her and now, she belongs to him. The man who never wanted her." Issac and the beta knew that was not true.

"She left me for power, left me for a king, and you don't want me to feel anything about it. I think it is a bit difficult, don't you think?" Issac said, speaking the truth here. Immediately letting go of his best friend. He started to breath heavy, watching as Issac was slowly falling apart.

"Stop this madness right now Issac, things are getting difficult. I understand that. But you have a pack to take care of. And if she left you, let her go....." He said and Issac was shaking his head. But right at that moment, there was a knock on the door.

"Come in...." He said, in his voice that sounded nothing like him as well.

"Alpha, it is about the queen. She has left the castle." The informer said and right then Issac's body language changed.

His Beta, on the other hand, he was confused.

"Why did you need to know that? Why do you have an informer?" He asked but Isaac said nothing, rather he stood there staring at the fire.

"Get the car ready and the man. We are leaving......."
