Gianni's POV
As I drew closer, I realized Damian was having a panic attack, he squeezed on his chest tightly and fell on the floor.
People gathered around him, everyone seemed confused, "He needs space! He needs to breathe!" Landon yelled as he raised Damian, the other bodyguards cleared the road.
"What's going on with him?" I rushed to both Damian and Landon.
"I don't know, help me out," Landon instructed, I was about to place Damian's hands across my shoulder, but he used his hands to push me away from me.
Damian held his chest, he squeezed his face as a drop of tears rolled down his eyes, his chest heaving up and down heavily. I wanted to help him as a medical student but he wasn't letting me, I stood in confusion not knowing what to do when Professor Lisa stepped in front of me, blocking Damian from seeing me.
Damian was able to calm down, but I couldn't tell if he was calm because his mom was there or because his mom covered his view of seeing me. Damian brushed Landon's shoulder and rushed away from the main hall.
"What was that about?" I asked Landon as my eyes surveyed the room.
"I don't know, I have never seen," Landon paused, he looked at me from head to toe, I couldn't tell if he was admiring my dress or something. "You look breathtaking," Landon smiled as if he had been starstruck.
The smile began to wipe off his face as he stared at my dress a little longer, "Where did you get this dress from?" Landon asked, I was about to answer when I remembered he didn't know both I and Damian were married.
"Why is there a problem?" I said this instead.
"No, it's not possible, it's not possible," Landon said, it felt as if he was talking to himself.
"You should keep whatever isn't possible to yourself," Lisa said from behind Landon, he turned and greeted her.
"I'm sorry ma'am," Landon bowed his head and apologized to Lisa.
"Is that how you talk to her?" My eyes widened when I realized what Lisa was going to say, "Can't you see she is your,"
"Where did you get this dress!" Damian yelled, making Lisa pause her words, the DJ put off the music at that very moment and the guest's eyes were on us.
"Damian, don't do this now," Lisa said through gritted teeth.
Damian held my wrist forcefully and tightly, "I asked where you got this dress," Damian's voice sounded like thunder.
I tried to wiggle my wrist out of Damian's hand but he held it tighter, it felt as if blood couldn't flow down my wrist, "You are hurting me," I managed to cry out.
"I gave it to her," Damian freed my wrist and pushed me away, I fell to the ground, and he walked past me to his mom, "How did you get it?" Damian asked Lisa calmly.
"What do you mean how did I get it?" Lisa asks nonchalantly, staring at her son's blazing eyes.
"I made sure only one was made in this country!" Damian yelled out of anger, he balled his hand into a fist and his eyes staring into his mom's eyes, "And she died with that one," Damian lowered his tone, his voice breaking something inside me.
"I made sure another one was made," Lisa said without blinking an eyebrow.
"Why? You Know all of Sheila's things were customized and they all came out in one piece, so how could you do that!" Everyone stared at the scene in front of them, I felt embarrassed being on the floor.
"Sheila is no more, can't you see it, I want you to stop living in the past!" Lisa yelled at Damian.
"Are you okay," I heard Louis' voice from behind me, I turned to see Luna and Arabella.
"Yes," I nodded my head and he helped me up from the floor.
"I will continue to live in the past as long as I have my Sheila with me," Damian said to his mother while looking at me, I lowered my gaze to avoid his gaze.
"His Sheila, what's his Sheila?" Arabella whispered.
"I give you twenty minutes to take off that dress and burn it," my eyes widened in surprise, and I could feel Arabella's gaze on me.
I turned to see Lisa struggling to hold back her tears, "I'm sorry but I will not do that, it was given to me by your mother and I cannot disrespect her in that manner."
"Okay then, I will do it myself," Damian held my hand and began dragging me out, I struggled to remove his hands from mine but he was too strong.
An angry Louis punched Damian on his jaw, "Have you gone mad?" Damian barked at him and let go of my wrist.
"How dare you disrespect a woman in that way!" Louis glared at Damian and Damian burst into laughter.
"Is he the one?" Damian laughed louder.
"How dare you? My friend isn't like you?" Luna spoke up and stood next to Louis opposite Damian.
"Like me?" Damian took threatening steps towards Luna, "What am I like? Do you know me? How can you judge me without knowing me?" Damian raised his eyebrows.
"Do you know what she is like? How can you judge her without knowing her?" Luna was scared but she was trying to appear strong.
Damian looked at her before bursting into laughter, his face became serious, "She? She is a conniving lying cheating gold digging b***h, who would," Damian was still talking when we heard a loud echo in the room.
Damian used his hand to touch the place Luna had slapped him with a smirk on his face, "Don't you ever open your mouth to talk about Gianni in that manner," Luna warned.
One of Damian's security guards came up to him and with a wave of his hand the security went back, "Who do you think you are?" Damian asked Luna, I was scared for Luna. The first image that came to my head was the blood I had seen on him on the day of our wedding so I stepped in front of Luna, blocking Luna from his view.
"I'm sorry, she is sorry, I didn't mean for this to happen, I will take off the dress but I won't burn it," I apologize, I didn't want anything to happen to Louis, Arabella, and Luna.
"The dinner is over for me, the rest of you can enjoy it!" Damian announced, amusement in his voice, he threw us a smirk before leaving and his security guard following behind him.
