"So did it work," Michael asked.
"Of course it did," I said as I grabbed an orange from the kitchen counter.
"So he trusts you,"
"I told him not too but he does, for now," I said. "Men are idiots."
"Especially when they are in love," Jax said as he sipped his beer. I rolled my eyes at him.
"No one is in love he is just in lust," I snapped back.
"So what do we do now?" Michael asked.
"We need to find out who is trying to kill Riccardo and bring down his family,"
"Without letting the others know," Michael added.
"Obviously,"
"I'll get on it but it won't be easy," he said.
"Just don't raise suspicion with the others or HIM,"

"Looks like I got a new job," I said as I stared at my phone.
Client: Mika
Mark: Jeremy Shaw
"Oh, interesting,"
"What is it," Jax and Michael both said.
"Nothing just an old friend," I said. "He finally crossed someone bad enough they want him dead." I knew exactly where to find my old friend.
Later that day
I drove to the strip club I know Jeremy likes to hang out at.
"Hello stranger," I said.
"Hey Ace," he smiled. "Getting on stage tonight."
"I told you that was a one-time thing,"
"Well, if you're here might as well,"
"You know why I'm here,"
"Can't be because you miss me,"
"Well, you finally managed to get yourself killed,"
"You know I've never been afraid to die,"
"Well, you let me know how you would like it,"
"Have a drink with me first," Jeremy ordered another round and I sat down to drink with him. I decided to give Jeremy a lap dance. We had a good time, laughed one last time. I met Jeremy when I first started taking on clients. Of course, he was smitten with me when he saw me. He saw right through me and knew I was wearing a disguise. One of the only people who saw through me. We kept in contact because I wasn't after him. We slept together a few times but mostly had each other's backs in the beginning. As my work grew we lost touch but it was probably for the best.
A few drink down and a few lap dances later.
"Hello," I heard his stern sultry voice say.
"Riccardo," I knew using his whole name would piss him off. I could see it in his eyes.
"Who's your friend Ace?" Jeremy said.
"Riccardo Moretti,"
"Mafia?" Jeremy said.
"And what do you do," Ric said.
"A little of this, a bit of that," Jeremy smirked.
"Right,"
"So what are you doing here," I asked Ric. I was very confused and hoping he didn't do what I think he did.
"Came to enjoy the show," Ric answered.
"Don't you own a gentleman's club in the city," Jeremy said.
"Wanted to try something different,"
"Boys, relax, let's have a drink," I ordered another round. I could sense the tension among them and really didn't need any drama added to this night. I ordered a lap dance for both of them but neither were calm or relaxed. Ric continued to stare at me.
"I can drive you home if you like," Ric said.
"No, I'm on a job actually,"
"Oh,"
"Yeah," Jeremy winked.
"Well," Ric paused. I stood up and looked back at Ric. He followed me into the private room in the back.
"SIT," I said. I sat down on his lap and danced for him a bit.
"Why are you really here,"
"I needed to meet a friend but when I saw you I canceled," he said. I knew he was lying but I pretended to believe him. I kissed his neck and licked the bottom of his earlobe until I started to nibble on it.
"Rosa," he whispered.
"I have to go work now," I said. "Be a good boy." I kissed him and got up from his lap. I walked back to Jeremy and told him to come with me.
"So, what was that,"
"Nothing," I said. "I want you to make a pact with me."
"You serious," he said. "Have you ever."
"Only once but I know your good for it, right?" I said.
"Yeah,"
"Okay, we'll think of this as your second life," I said. "Don't f**k it up."
"Ugh, I won't, thanks,"
"I'll send the contract to your hotel room,"
"Okay,"
"I need your blood," I pulled a small locket out of my glove compartment. Jeremy pressed his thumb into the needle and the blood modeled into the locket.
"If I need you,"
"Yeah, I know, I'll stay where you can find me," he said.
"Good, bye Jeremy," I dropped him off at a hotel and sped back to my place.
Twenty minutes later
"Michael," I called. I threw my phone on the kitchen counter and went to go look for some tools. I opened it up and of course, I found what I knew what I would.
"Is that," Michael said as he entered the room.
"It's just a GPS, not a listening device,"
"Wow,"
"So much for trust,"
"Don't worry, I'm still going to kill him."
Ric Pov
"Luca,"
"Yeah,"
"New plan,"
"What happened,"
"She may be on to us,"
"I thought she trusted you,"
"Don't be stupid,"
"So now what,"
"Nothing, I'm still going to kill her when this is all done,"
The next day
"Hello again,"
"Mr. Moretti," Jeremy said politely. "How can I help you?"
"Just wondering why you are still alive,"
"Ace just let me get my affairs in order and she will get it done in two days,"
"Right," I said. "You two must be close."
"Um, I guess," he said. I got closer to him. "Dude, you don't need to worry, we don't f**k around anymore." I felt my blood rush to my head. I was boiling inside. I began to laugh uncontrollably.
"I know, and if you did, you would be dead right now,"
"Um,"
"Don't worry, I was just curious, I'm not going to hurt you,"
"You have no idea who she is, do you?" I didn't say anything to his remark but I think my face said it all. He let out a small laugh. "Dude, you seriously need to watch yourself."
"I know enough."
"If you say so," he said. "Are we done?" I slowly turned around but something in me felt like saying
"I'll be sure to come back in two days. If your not dead, I might as well help her out."
"Be careful, Mr. Moretti," I left in a hurry and went back home.
"Who the f**k is she?"
Rosa Pov
"What's up Jax"
"Jeremy is dead," I dropped my phone and ran out to my car. I told Jax to meet me there. I sped to his place. I walked into the hotel room. He was shot five times in the chest.
"Whoever did this is an incredible i***t," Jax said.
"Dead idiot."
