The Truth Comes Out

The sense was gone as quick as it came as my powers blocked it off again.....but it was too late.

My eyes widen from shock and I took a step back. He looked shocked and confused.

"What?" he said quietly "How did I not know before....I'm sorry." He says sadly.

"No...I blocked off the mate bond long ago...I didn't want to love someone cause of the mate bond, I wanted to love someone because I loved them....but...I found my mate before....it wasn't you, how's this possible?" I questioned confused as I take another step back.

He takes a step forward "I found my mate too....but I left...I didn't live here anymore, I was on Earth...I felt that way too and I didn't want anything to do with this place."He says confused.

My eyes widen in shock "I didn't want anything to do with this place either...that's why I went to Earth....I didn't ask for any of this...I didn't want these powers, I didn't want to be a princess, especially not one this powerful causing people to always be after her...I hated this" I say sadly as tears stream down my face. "It's my fault Adam's been a threat to this world...All I do is cause problems."  I start crying more. "This is all my fault!" I say and Ethan is suddenly in front of me and he wraps me in his arms and holds me tight.

"Ash...It isn't your fault....Please don't cry." He says as he rubs my back comfortingly.

"But it is....He was my mate....but not any more... I cut off the mate bond I don't know how it's suddenly back and how I have a new mate...But he's not happy, he won't give up...." I say with such guilt.

"No, don't say that, it's not your fault." Ethan says as a tear slides down his cheek. He reaches a hand out to my face to wipe the tears away and calm me down.

I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him passionately. He was shocked at first cause he didn't expect it, but immediately relaxes and kisses me back.

"We have to go...they need me to be able to defeat him." I say as I pull away.

"Yeah...You're right, let's go." He says.

We arrive to the place and when we enter my eyes widen in horror.....Everyone that was fighting him...my family...the warriors...are on the ground groaning in pain.

Adam notices me and Ethan and his eyes widen in shock and go dark. "How'd you escape!?" He growls.

"My boyfriend saved me." I say as I grab Ethan's arm.

His eyes go even darker. "Let's finish this" I say as I step away from Ethan.

Flash reaches up and grabs my hand "He's...too strong." He struggles to say.

"The only way too defeat him is if you use all your powers and combine them with you wolf." My mom says.

Flash immediately get's angry as I stand there horrified and shocked....How can he be that strong now. I wonder.

'I don't know' My wolf Alcoline says.

"NO! She can't! It's too dangerous!" Flash yells at her.

"I have no choice." I say sadly.

"NO! You could die! I t's too dangerous!" He yells.

"I don't have a choice....I have to...for my people....after all..this is all my fault." I say sadly as tears start to stream down my face.

'I don't know about this, there has to be another way' Alcoline says.

'Doesn't seem like there is if he managed to beat all of them' I sadly tell her.

I combine my wolf and all my powers. I start to levitate off the ground and I'm surrounded by blue flame. I open my eyes and they're pure light blue.

I look up to the sky and then look back down to Adam. I lift my hands and stretch them out to him and let my power consume him. The bright light blinds everyone until it all stops as Adam is stuck in a bubble passed out and his powers are gone. I was so weak and passed out and start to fall.

(Ethan's POV)

I look to Adam once I can see again, he's trapped in some kind of bubble, laying there passed out.

I turn to look at Ash and she's falling. I immediately run to catch her. Then Flash comes over crying.

"No...What have you done." He cries. "We need to get her back to the castle immediately."

"What about him?" I ask motioning to Adam. Suddenly the bubble get''s smaller and disappears. "What happened?!" I ask worriedly.

"Don't worry he's in the dungeons now....That doesn't matter, we need to save her, She's more important." He says.

"Okay, let's go" I say.

(Ash's POV)

I felt so weak as I struggled to open my eyes, but the light was so bright, so I immediately close them again.

"Someone dim the lights!" I heard someone say urgently.

I try opening my eyes again. Once I do I see Ethan next to me looking concerned. He sees me awake. "How do you feel? Are you okay? Do you need anything?" He burdens me with questions concerned.

I try to speak but struggle. He holds a cup of water for me and helps me sit up and drink it.

"Where am I? What happened?" I ask confused.

"You're in the hospital. You collapsed after taking down Adam." He says.

Then everything comes back to me and I start to panic.

"Ash?!....What's wrong" Ethan looks at me confused and concerned.

'Calm down Ash' Alcoline says.

I continue to panic and I suddenly can't breath.

'Ash! Calm down, you're having a panic attack!' she says.

Her words don't help as I cling to Ethan involuntarily, not knowing what else to do.

"Ash, it's okay, you're safe, you're okay...everyone's okay thanks to you...it's all over" Ethan says to calm me down. He looks so concerned. He hugs me close rubbing my back, trying his best to calm me down.

I finally start to calm down. Ethan's still holding me close, as I lay in his arms crying.

Flash walks up to me, tears streaming down his face "Oh my god! Ash! I was so worried, don't do that ever again!" He says as he hugs me, holding me as close as possible, as if his life depends on it. I wrap my arms around his neck, clinging to him as I continue to cry. "I'm sorry.....I'm so sorry...It's all my fault...everything was my fault." I say crying into the crook of his neck.

"Nothing was your fault....please don't say that!" He says, still crying. 

"I'm sorry." I whisper.

"Don't apologize, please." He pleads.

We stay there hugging for a while until he finally pulls away enough to look at me. "Let's go home,Tara really misses you, she really wants to see you...she's very worried...I'll carry you since you're still weak." He says. I just nod my head and whisper a small 'okay' in response. He picks me up and me, him and Ethan go back to Earth.

We get home and Flash lays me on my bed. Immediately Tara comes running in, crying and jumps onto my bed and jumps into my arms and wraps her little arms around my neck, as she crys more saying "I was so worried....Please don't leave me...Please!" She cries as I hold her as close as possible and I start to cry a bit. 

"Don't worry sweetheart I'm not going anywhere...You can't get rid of me that easily!" I say jokingly to lighten up the mood a bit. 

"You better not!" She yells as she tightens her grip around my neck. I sit there with her in my arms as I rub her back to calm her down, for a while. after a while she looks at me and I wipe away the tears from her face. She yawns and looks so sleepy.

"I think it's time for bed."I say then look at Flash. He nods and I look back at her. "Flash will take you to bed and tuck you in and read you a bedtime story tonight." 

"But usually both of you do that...I want you there toooo!" She whines as she leans back into me, hugging me tightly.

Flash walks over to us and kneels down to her level. "Ash is still a bit weak, she needs to rest." He says looking her in the eyes.

"How about tomorrow you and me spend some time together and then at night I'll stay with you?" I ask her lovingly.

'I love my little sister...she's so sweet....she's basically like my world.' I thought to myself.

'Yeah.....it's like as if she were our own pup' My wolf tells me.

'I agree.' I tell her.

"Okay...Promise?" she says kinda sadly.

"I promise" I tell her sweetly. She yawns again. "Now it's time for bed, I love you sweety, Goodnight." I say hugging her and kissing her on the head.

"Goodnight, I love you too." She says hugging me tightly as if her life depends on it.

"Okay let's go to bed." Flash butts in.

"Okay...Goodnight Ethan." She says giving Ethan a quick hug.

"Goodnight sweetness." he says hugging her back. "Don't be causing trouble now." He says jokingly as he starts to tickle her.

She giggles and says "I won't...haha...I...promise" She giggles.

once they leave Ethan lays next to me and puts his arm around my waist from behind and kisses my neck. "Goodnight baby." He says.

Ethan stayed the night with me and I quickly fell into a deep sleep.
