“So, the attacker gave a deadline of Tuesday 10th, which is a week tomorrow. By that time Konstantinos must have quit the Niarchos project, pulled out of changing his will, and put an announcement in the national newspapers. First question, can we be certain that there won’t be another attack before then?”
“I don’t think we can rely on it,” answered Peppino. “Agreed?”
“I agree. Since you and I will be sleeping in the workshop, and the police involved, I suppose Konstantinos and the atelier will be safe, but I’d feel better if Konstantinos would move in with Angelika and Sofia.”
Peppino pulled his mouth into a grimace. “I still think Loukas could be the man behind this, Martin, and if so Konstantinos would be more at risk there than in his own house under our protection.”
