" The brakes are cut!" those words rang continually as my heart beat like a drum. My vision started to become hazy and I could hear myself breathing. Marinette kept struggling to get the car to stop but I knew it would be of no use. Fear consumed me entirely I lost touch with my surroundings. I remembered the time I was drowning in the sea. My breath hitched as I struggled to breathe. Felix's face flashed in my mind. All the time I spent was disappearing one by one. I faintly heard Marinette calling out to me but I was still struggling to breathe and the car was full speed ahead.
