After Vivienne left Hale Enterprises, her heart was still pounding in her chest. She'd seen Emma's shade before. But Emma couldn't see her then. This time — for the first time — mother and daughter locked eyes. Right then, Vivienne made up her mind. Whether it was this Hale Enterprises ad or any job after, she had to grab it.
