TEASER CHAPTER I pushed my muddy boots up the small steps to my front door, cussing at the heavy mud prints they were leaving in their wake. Fumbling with the door handle I finally managed to make it open, a breath of relief awashing me the moment the warm air inside hit my face. Placing the two bags of groceries on the kitchen counter, I walked back into the living room warming my hands at the fire place.   “Jenny,” My younger sister, Chloe, rushed downstairs dressed in her cut out blue jeans short and a camisole. I almost snapped at her. It was freezing outside and she still managed to expose so much skin.   “Seriously?” I glared at her.   “What?” She questioned non-chalantly.   “I can’t afford to have you sneezing all over the place when you catch a cold Chloe,”   “Don’t be such a mummy,” She rolled her eyes. Mummy? I was only twenty four and honestly I was only looking out for her.   “You know what? I already had a crappy day at the bakery and you are not going to make it any crappier Chloe,” I finally snapped.   “How is me wearing shorts make your day crappy?” Maybe she was right/. This had nothing to with her shorts.   “Yeah, you are right. This really has nothing to do with your clothing. Remember Christine?”   “Co-worker Christine?”   “She is getting married next month and the one boyfriend I had in college left me because I was too clingy,” Ranting to my sixteen year old sister was probably not the best idea but she was the only close person I had.   “You are not clingy. You are just too scared of awakening that wild Jennifer inside you but if you found someone who could help you explore that, then you gotta take him. Otherwise, you’ll die surrounded by a million cats for company,” She chuckled as I cringed visibly.   “And where am I supposed to find that guy?   As if on cue, the doorbell rang. I walked towards it, yanking the door open only to look into warm eyes entwined on the face of the sexiest piece of hunk I had ever laid my eyes on.
