We finally arrived back at the ranch and before I could reach for the door handle, Cor was there holding the door open for me.
“Hey Maz, kids, did you guys have fun in town?” He asked as he reached out his hand to help me out of the vehicle. I took his hand and allowed him to help me out.
The kids all shouted, yeah, then took off towards the house. Maz just smiled. “Hey Cor, yeah we had a lovely time, thanks for asking. I’ll just head in and get dinner started and give you two lovebirds a few minutes to catch up.” she said, and headed off into the house after the kids.
