-Octavia- I watched as Chris left the room before I walked over to the bar at the other end and poured myself a glass of scotch. I barely let the alcohol touch my lips before I decided to grab the bottle instead, drinking straight from it. It burned, but I didn’t care. I just needed it to go down, down, down. I needed the numbness because even though I spoke with an emotionless voice, it didn’t mean I felt emotionless.
