Andrew, Allison and Samuel rode toward the dam in a surrey. While Andrew slumped with his hat shielding his face, and the remnants of a hangover, from the brilliant sunshine, Allison looked at the foliage, and Samuel studied the dam. “I never noticed before. Has it always sagged in the middle like that?” “Speak for yourself. I’m fit as a fiddle!” Andrew said through his hat. “I’m talking about the dam,” Samuel said with a sideways glance.
