We walked inland and saw that there was a huge fence that encircled the interior of the island, only excluding the shore. Similar to the electric steel fence that protected both the facility and the pier, this tall and wide fence stretched to both ends, giving me the idea that it also served as a barrier so that no one can easily leave the island once you enter it.
