Jab usay hosh aaya to woh aik aaram deh bistar par leti thi. Atraf mein nazar daudai to har taraf safedi thi. Paas do nurses khari thi. Kuch dair mein doctor sahab bhi aa gaye aur usay check karne lage.
"Doctor sahab, Shaanzay theek to ho jayegi na?" Uske munh se sirf itna hi nikla.
"Aap ki mojoodgi usay sukoon deti hai, mere khayal se aap ko kuch dair uske paas ruk jana chahiye."
Aisha ne is baat mein sar hila diya.
"Baqi yeh ke aap ko yun chakkar aana aur sar dard rehna yeh batata hai ke aap ki neend ki quality achi nahi hai..." Ab woh usay ghoor se dekhte hue keh rahe thay.
"Ji... main... woh bas theek se so nahi paati jiski wajah se dimaag aksar disturb rehta hai. Kya iska koi hal hai doctor sahab?" Woh bechain si ho kar boli.
"Oh acha, to aap ko yeh problem kab se hai?" Woh ab apni ainak utaar rahe thay.
"Umm... pata nahi, shayad jab maine business sambhala tha..." Aisha sochte hue keh rahi thi. Uske sar mein abhi bhi dard ho raha tha.
"Acha matlab aaj se barah saal pehle..." Woh bilkul sanjeeda ho gaye.
"Lekin ghabranay ki koi baat nahi, main aap ko kuch dawa deta hoon, woh regular lijiye. InshaAllah jald aaram milega."
Ab woh kuch behtar mehsoos kar rahi thi.
"Acha doctor sahab, aap mazeed Shaanzay ke baare mein kuch kehna chahte hain ya main ab jaaun?" Woh ab apne bistar se uth chuki thi.
"Nahi, filhal to aap apni tabiyat theek karein. Shaanzay ka khayal main khud rakhunga aur nurses bhi hamesha paas hi rahengi. Aap roz chakkar laga liya karein aur progress check kar liya karein."
Woh dono aamne samne kharay thay. Doctor sahab hidayat kar rahe thay aur woh khamoshi se sun rahi thi.

When she regained consciousness,
she found herself lying on a comfortable hospital bed.
She looked around—everything was white and peaceful.
Two nurses stood nearby.
A few moments later, the doctor entered and began checking her.
"Doctor... will Shanzay be alright?"
That was the only thing Aisha could manage to say.
"Your presence gives her comfort," the doctor replied gently.
"I think you should stay by her side for a while."
Aisha nodded silently in agreement.
"As for you," the doctor continued while observing her closely,
"These dizzy spells and constant headaches suggest your sleep quality isn't good."
"Yes... I just... I haven't been sleeping well lately," she admitted uneasily.
"My mind always feels disturbed. Is there any solution, doctor?"
"Hmm... and how long have you been experiencing this?"
He now removed his glasses thoughtfully.
"Umm... I guess... maybe since I took over the business,"
Aisha answered, trying to recall.
Her head still throbbed faintly.
"Ah, so that means... nearly twelve years ago?"
He grew serious.
"But there's no need to worry. I'll prescribe you some medication,"
he reassured her calmly.
"Take it regularly, and InshaAllah, you'll feel better soon."
He then began writing the prescription,
and asked the nurse to get the medicine.
Aisha slowly sat up and reached for the glass of water on the side table.
She took a sip, feeling a bit more at ease.
"Doctor, is there anything else you'd like to tell me about Shanzay... or can I go now?"
She was now on her feet.
"No, for now just focus on your own health,"
he replied kindly.
"I'll personally look after Shanzay, and the nurses will always be nearby."
"You can stop by daily and monitor her progress."
They stood face to face.
The doctor was giving instructions—
and Aisha listened quietly, absorbing every word.
