Emily’s POV: “I am trying!” I shout at Elijah, who is sitting next to me on the ground sipping on some tea. “Clearly not enough.” He says as he gives me a side eye look. “Listen, you need to relax and clear your mind. It’s not like you are going to get it on your first try.” I sit up straight and put my fists together in front of me as I try to meditate. My legs are crossed and I am sitting on a pillow in the middle of the office. I focus on my breathing and inhale the scent of eucalyptus and lemon oil from the diffuser Elijah set up.
