Hunter’s POV:
I thought that inviting Emily to play some video games would help us spend more time together, and boy was I right. Usually she sleeps on the couch and I take the floor, but last night, she started on the floor with me, but at some point in the night, she went to the couch. The couch isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world, but it does beat the floor. I wish we had some sort of bed in here so she could be more comfortable.
I wake up before her and stretch to wake my muscles up. I go over to the bathroom that the guard likes to stay in front of, but he isn’t there this morning. Strange. I don’t think anything of it, so I open the door to go brush my teeth and do my business.
