The Denplace

They lead me to the 'denplace' as they called it. On the way I heard whispers about me: "She's pretty..." "Look at her eyes! They are purple!" "I wonder what the Alpha will think of her....." "Who IS She?" "Why was she alone?" "She will never be one of us." Soon they arrived at the pack's hub. I shifted to wolf form.  It looked like a town. With shops and houses that made radiated heat. Everything was made for werewolves. A cliff butted into the town, and rooms were carved into the side. Panels made from leaves and sticks created a wall between the outside and the dens. For privacy they were spaced apart. and leading up to the rooms was a staircase. The staircase was made from slabs of petrified wood stuck into niches carved into the cliffside. I saw a very large cave at the very top. I guessed it was the Alpha's den. When they arrived everything went quiet. Werewolves in canine and human form gather to gawk at her. I held her head high, faking the confidence I lacked.  Look out for #1 More werewolves gathered. People will only let you down A large wolf was climbing down the steps, looking towards me. And no matter what He ran the rest of the steps, and was almost to me. STAY  He was in front of me, evaluating me with his grey eyes.  ALIVE
