Chapter One: Where it all began
I’ve lived in Indiana my entire life and grew up in a subdivision in a small town called Vixen.
It’s always been my Dad, twin sister Sia, and I. Our mom passed away from a tragic accident when we were one and a half. Our Dad never remarried but has always been happy and content with it, just being the three of us.
Our Dad, Tyler, has always been supportive and let Sia and I figure life out on our own. We are his entire world, often commenting on how we are carbon copies of our Mom. They were high school sweethearts who married two years after graduating high school, and when she passed away, his sole focus and priority was and has always been us.
Being an identical twin has its pros and cons, but for the most part, I love it. I find it funny when people assume all twins like and are into the same things. Sia and I couldn’t be more different if we tried. We do have some things in common, like gaming and music.
We graduated high school last May and are excited to see where life takes us. For the past three years, Sia and I have worked part-time at a local coffee shop. It doesn’t pay much, but we’ve always enjoyed it.
I am probably leaving out the most interesting thing about my family, well, our Dad really. When our Mom passed away our Dad struggled with deep depression and about six months later, he left Sia and me in the care of a long-term nanny. He found himself alone and in the woods of New Hope, GA. He had been on a drinking bender and ultimately felt lost and alone.
One night three women and three men approached his tent, gently asking if everything was alright. Dad opened the door as panic consumed him, afraid he had trespassed onto the wrong property. A woman, named Lily, insisted they meant him no harm, but was worried because of a nasty line of storms rolling in. He assured them he would leave and get off of their property, but they wanted to help him. They could tell he had been through something or was going through something. They invited him back to their home, where for three weeks they helped him recover and learn how to process our Mom’s death.
Prior to Dad leaving to come back to Indiana Lily and her husband Karson told him there was something they wanted to speak to him about. Curious, Dad joined them for a meeting. He said around forty people gathered around while Karson, Lily, Joel, Sofia, Jungwoo, and Mariam stood in front of everyone.
“Tyler, could you please come up here?” Karson called over to him.
Dad was hesitant but walked over to the six of them, curiosity and intrigue racing throughout his body.
“There is something we have been wanting to tell you, Tyler. We have waited for a few reasons, one, we needed to make sure we could trust you, And two we wanted to make sure you are ready to hear it,” Karson continued.
Dad’s eyes narrowed as he stood before the six of them, “What is it?” he asked curiously.
“Well, Tyler, we aren’t human,” Lily said softly, her eyes focusing on him.
“What?” Dad asked, shaking his head in confusion.
“We are werewolves, Tyler,” Karson replied.
They continued explaining everything to him, but Dad’s skepticism was apparent and Karson, who was actually Alpha Arden, shifted. It didn’t take long for him to accept and acknowledge their pack and become the best of friends with the six of them. Shortly after this pack meeting before Dad was heading home a ceremony requesting a wolf for our Dad was done and the Moon Goddess blessed him with a wolf.
That’s right, Sia and I’s Dad is a werewolf and he has been since we were two years old.
Dad was promoted to Gamma after leadership stepped down and their sons took over.

“Amber…Amber,” Sia yells as she shakes me.
I nearly rip my earring out trying to pull my earbuds out, “What?”
“We are here.”
My eyes peek out the window and the entrance to the airport smiles beautifully at me. Sia and I are headed to Miami Florida for Spring break and freedom starts now! The Uber driver pops the trunk open as I swing the car door open and she sits our luggage down. A warm smile spreads across her face as she closes her trunk.
“Thank you,” Sia and I say simultaneously.
“You’re welcome, enjoy your trip!”
After checking our luggage in and going through security we anxiously await for our flight to board. Two hours and thirty minutes later our flight is landing at Miami International Airport. We grab our luggage after waiting for an eternity, request an Uber, and head to our hotel.
Ten glorious days, that’s how long we will be here. Our hotel is beachfront and we requested a high floor. The sun and fresh breeze from the ocean are a welcoming sight.
“What are we doing tonight?” Sia asks as she sorts through her things.
“Aren’t we going to B.E.D?” I reply, a smirk spreading across my face.
She giggles and tilts her head, “Isn’t that why we brought these?” she asks, wiggling her fake ID.
I nod, laugh, and wiggle mine back at her.
A quick call to Dad letting him know we arrived and are safe at the hotel left us waiting for nightfall. We order Taco Bell and both take showers and begin getting ready to go out.
After blow drying and straightening my hair, I put it in a half up half down section, put two space buns in, and curl the rest of my hair that is down. I smoke my makeup out and put on a nude lipstick. I admire my piercings for a second before heading to put my outfit on. I have twelve piercings, yes twelve. Seven in my ears, my nose, tongue, belly button, and n*****s. I also have ring tattoos on both hands, my middle and pointer finger as well as a thigh/hip tattoo.
I decide to wear a black mini skirt, a black sleeveless halter top, and five-and-a-half-inch high heels. After one more quick look in the mirror Sia and I head down to the lobby and opt to walk to the nightclub.
We are both nervous waiting in line, unsure if these IDs are going to work or not, but much to our surprise the bouncer is a flirt and we get right in!
“Let's go grab a drink,” Sia hums as she heads towards the bar.
The atmosphere here is amazing, the music is great, it's dark and only lit dimly. The bar is packed with people waiting for a drink and when it's finally our turn we order tequila and Sprite on rocks with strawberries.
After getting our drinks we turn to walk away from the bar and my eyes fixate on the entrance door as five insanely hot guys walk in.
“Holy s**t,” I gasp with my mouth wide.
“What?” Sia asks, looking in the direction I am facing.
Her eyes find the objects of my attention and her mouth falls open, “Damn.”
They walk in and immediately head to the bar, our eyes following their every movement. They have noticed us too as they walk over after getting their drinks.
“Hey,” one of them says with a smirk dripping from his beautifully chiseled face.
“Hi,” I reply a little more shyly than intended.
“I’m Kai.”
“Amber.”
The other four introduce themselves and I nearly fall over when I realize Kai has an identical twin named Ryker. The other three are Jackson, Jeon, and Ty.
When I tell you they’re hot as hell, I mean panty-dropping hot.
“Wanna dance?” Kai asks me as Grind on Me by Pretty Ricky comes on.
“Sure.”
We enter the dance floor and he spins me around firmly pressing my ass into his crotch. He trails his hands along my sides as I slowly grind into his hardening d**k. His hands slowly drag across my boobs and land on my hips pulling me further into him. After the song finishes we exit the dance floor and spend the next few hours throwing drinks back and making small talk.
Around 4:30 a.m. Kai leans down and whispers in my ear, “Wanna come back to my hotel?”
I nod lightly as he takes my hand and we leave the nightclub. His hotel is right around the corner and as soon as the door swings open he tugs me inside and smashes his lips into mine.
He picks me up and tosses me on the bed, leans down, and whispers, “I want you.”
