After our night out in the town Vivian and I had been going into overdrive learning the rest of the Capoeira moves. It was at a faster pace and burned the muscles in my butt, legs and thighs that I never thought could hurt let alone cramp. It felt like each night I was icing a new area of my body. Luckily I wasn't alone in my pain and Gemma was limping out of the dance room with me most of the time and tonight the only difference was that we were using Capoeira in hand to hand combat.
"There is something going on with her. The woman would not be torturing us for no reason," Gemma complained.
