Last night's run was amazing and something we all needed but it was supposed to relieve stress and I felt anything but relaxed. The sun was just starting to come up and I decided to take advantage of everyone still being asleep and went to the barn. I needed to blow off some steam and a simple run with Onyx just wasn't going to do it. I found Vivian's set up of punching bags and other weight equipment and started punching like a mad man.
I must have channelled out the world because when I suddenly smelled Vivian's presence and turned to see her standing directly behind me I about had a heart attack. I took out my ear buds and could finally hear her laughing.
