29. A day alone
Sebastian says goodbye to Magnus with a heavy heart. The man grew on him over the last few days. And even though they will part for just one day, he feels worried for him. He doesn’t like or trust this island and he wants his new friend back unharmed. But this is a competition and he has to get over the last part alone. Alliances were not against the rules, but there can only be one winner to this survival game. “May the best man win!” Magnus calls out before he disappears into the jungle. Sebastian stands there just a minute longer, looking in the direction that Magnus went. Then he turns slightly and runs down a path to the beach.
