A few hours later we pull up to a beautiful old house, “Where are we?” I ask, looking around. “We’re home, at least for the next two weeks.” “Really?” I smile, getting out of the truck, it is the most beautiful place I’d ever seen, it is old and covered in ranking plants, there are rose petals scattered over the walkway all the way up to the front door. Jared takes my hand and leads me up to the path to the door, he takes a key from under the mat and unlocks the door, he steps aside and I walk inside, completely speechless. “So?
