Seokjin gulped down, trying to comprehend everything. If Ha Na meant that her nephew's mother got killed by the vampires, that means he killed her.
Although he didn't literally killed ha Na's aunt, it would still be his fault since he was the one responsible for hunting down the werewolves. If Ha Na were to know about this, she would definitely not forgive him knowing her hatred towards Jimin just right now. She doesn't know that Seokjin was the one of did it. Hopefully not because he doesn't want Ha Na to hate him and lose her trust, seeing that she probably hates vampires right now.
The vampires are the one who caused chaos in her life. From her aunt being technically killed by Seokjin, his nephew being probably killed by Jimin whom Seokjin thought he wasn't the one who did it, and lastly her being kidnapped by Taehyung.
The word kidnap wouldn't be enough to describe what happened to her but more like abducted would be the right term.
"Are you there?" Seokjin snapped out of his own thoughts and looked at Ha Na who was trying to grab his attention.
"So yeah..." She rubbed her neck awkwardly, forcing out a smile to him.
Confused by everything, Seokjin couldn't suppress his own curiosity. "So you were saying that your aunt got killed by vampires because she was a werewolf? As well as Jungkook?"
She nodded, raising her eyebrow, and wondering why Seokjin asked such question. It's making her anxious at the same time just like her finding out that Jimin was one of the dukes. Nevertheless, what made her bewildered was her own dumbness of not realising he was one of the Dukes.
"Is your aunt on the same side of your mother? Like are they sisters, blood related?"
She nodded again. "Are you okay?"
Seokjin froze. His mind flew away like—if Ha Na's aunt was a werewolf, does that mean that she is a werewolf too? If so, it would create chaos in the kingdom knowing how she will be the future Queen.
Chaos would be the last thing Seokjin wanted.
He was fine with having a human Queen since the last one was also a human. But a werewolf? It was a no to him, not only him but to the entire Kingdom.
Jin's eyes widened. "So you have a werewolf bloodline?"
"What?" She yelped, panicking right away. "No! Of course not! How could you think that?"
Jin tried to control his anger and calm his nerves calmed again. His nose twitched, sniffing her scent through his nose, and Ha Na was right, there was no bit of werewolf blood in her veins.
"Wait. I don't understand." Jin looked at Ha Na, tilting his head to the side. "How could you not have a werewolf bloodline if your aunt was a werewolf?"
"What?" Ha Na looked at him, agape.
"Didn't you realize that? It's either Jungkook's family is not from your family's bloodline or you are a werewolf as well."
"What are you saying?" Ha Na knitted his eyebrows together even more. She was confused as Jin was.
Jin frowned, sniffing the lady again to confirm. But again, there was no sign nor smell of her being a werewolf. "But I couldn't sense you being a werewolf at all."
"But I'm certainly not a werewo—" The door slammed open startling both Seokjin and Ha Na, interrupting their conversation. Their eyes widened to see Jimin on the door with messy hair like he has ran for his life.
Why is he sweating? Ha Na wondered. She was sure that vampires don't sweat.
Seokjin and Ha Na looked at each other in confusion then back to Jimin.
"Hyung!" Jimin yelped, then speeds toward the two who was confused at Jimin. Jin abruptly stood up and looked at him.
"What is it, Jimin?" Jin asked in worry.
"You need to get out." Jimin frantically scowled at Jin, grabbing his arms bit Jin stopped him.
"What is wrong, Jimin?" Jin asked again, facing the younger.
Jimin inhaled sharply. "Taehyung is on his way! He looked like he'd kill someone right now! He can sense your scent around her!"
Ha Na looked at Jin with his eyes widened and fixed his eyes back at her. His eyes started to change in color. It changed into a silver one.
"Sh—!" Jin cursed as he started to panic, making Ha Na even more confused by the situation.
"Is something wrong, Jin?" Ha Na asked in worry, standing up and facing him. He grabbed her shoulders and looked at her in the eyes. She could see that his eyes are getting darker by seconds.
"Tell Taehyung that I just went to ask you something. Don't tell him about our conversation. Make up something, alright?" He growled at her who flinched. His eyes are now almost turning into a shiny pearl gray as she just stared at him while he's waiting for her answer.
Ha Na's eyebrows furrowed and just nodded before he let go of her and walked towards the door with Jimin. Both of them looked at Ha Na once and just nodded. She nodded back and waved goodbye.
I don't even know why. I just did. Ha Na shrugged her shoulders. She sighed and walked towards the door, closing it but then someone slammed it open making her jumped in fright. She clutched her chest and groaned.
That scared the s**t out of me!
Looking at above, her jaw dropped and her stomach dropped to the floor.
