Chapter 12The Pursuit
Mitra pushes the accelerator hard. He looks in the rear view mirror; the flames are coming towards them from the aircraft.
Judy shouts, “THEY ARE COMING!”
“Hang on!”
Mitra weaves the vehicle through the rocky areas at a brisk speed, as there are boulders lying on their pathway. He has to turn zigzag, make uneven turns at times and has to be very careful; one false move will cost their lives in the pursuit. The aircraft is not able to chase them closely, the bullets are not able to hit them, because of the boulders as well as the constant movement of the vehicle. A small missile misses and hits a boulder, only cracks it.
A big boulder appears in the front; Mitra lowers the speed, turns and saves them from the hit. The aircraft flies towards the end of the boulders
