“Maria?”
Devara had called on to Maria as quickly as she noticed the alpha couple.
She did not have to waste time in explaining things to Maria, she took the children away as soon as she arrived and Devara hurried to attend to her guests.
“Phew”, Devara said, gesturing to the kids as she walked up to the Alpha couple and gave them a warm embrace. She was thankful for what they had done for her without letting her know.
All this while she had wondered why the Creed hadn't come for her for taking the law into her hands and killing her own mama when, unknown to her, it was the work of Ariel, Airen and Devin.
“Dev, don't think we are going to forgive you with this action of yours”, Airen warned, but still hugged her warmly.
“Yeah, I know”, Devara said and allowed a smile to escape her
