The doors flew open and the Raven Hawks flew in every direction, catching Emily and her men off guard, and the ones that tried to run were immediately cut down.
Emily and the Sorceress were led by a couple of their warriors but just before they could leave, Efe released a surge of energy on the Sorceress, forcing her to remain in place so that she could also be caught.
“Devara, please keep your eyes open, don't do this to me”, Leander pleaded with her and turned over to where Efe was standing with the sorceress.
“Efe, she is giving up, she can't hold on for much longer, do something!”, Leander screamed, mucus flying out of his nostrils as he bawled his eyes out.
“It hurts… I…”, Devara tried to speak, to tell him she apologized for the argument they had just had.
