Amazingly the weather was warming up after a very rough winter. Just off from work, Trey walked into the house. Maybe he and Landon would finally get a chance to work on the decrepit deck out back, since it looked like the evening might stay above fifty. As he walked into the living room to drop his keys on the coffee table, he saw Nina sprawled on the couch, laptop on her legs. She was typing code if his glance at the screen was correct.
“How’s the java class going?” he asked.
“Fairly well, it’s pretty straight forward. Norva CC is offering a website design class next semester that I’m thinking about taking.”
