Chapter Thirteen

Nyonika knocked at the door of their room and found the door open. She pushed it slightly and saw MaNan hugging each other and sleeping. She smiled and went towards Manik and sat beside him.

"Manik! Wake up champ!” She caressed his hair while he left Nandini and hugged Nyonika and kept his head in her lap.

"I still feel so sleepy, mom" He said sleepingwhile she smiled "We have to leave for Bhatinda also na!" She kissed his forehead and said "Wake up beta..Its 9. Good Morning" She left him and sat beside Nandini and caressed her hairs "Wake up babydoll..It's 9 sweetheart" She said and opened her eyes lightly to see her mother in law. She smiled weakly at her as she was still sleeping. But her mind was working. She smiled quickly and hugged Nyonika and snuggled in her lap while Nyonika and Manik giggled seeing her babyness.

Nandini smiled and whispered "Good morning" Nyonika kissed her forehead and wished while Manik kissed her cheek from behind and wished which made Nandini go happiest. Nyonika smiled and walked out of from while Nandini woke up and hugged Manik from behind as he was going to the washroom to brush.

"Thankk Youuu! Thankkk You soo muchh Manikk" She shouted in happiness.

"And why is this?" Manik turned around and pulled her by her waist.

"For giving me the best family ever..Maa..she..how she woke me up Manik..I feel so grateful" Nandini was unable to express in words.

"What mine is yours too..and beside, this is *Our* family" He kissed her forehead and she closed her eyes.

As they reached Bhatinda, a car was allotted to them. It was a drive of an hour or so to reach the Malhotra House

It was a hearty welcome for the newly weds. Nandini got to meet two of his brothers, Raj and Samrat who were the sons of his uncle. They both were married to Anushka and Neha, a south Indian and a Bengali. His grandparents were more than elated to meet her yet again while she couldn’t contain her excitement anyway.

“Toh tumi choto bekar Manik ke chinte? (So, you know Manik since child hood)” Neha asked chopping the tomotaes in Bengali.

Nandini and Anushka giggled as they were unable to understand a thing.

"Areee Neha..She is unable to understand a thing baby..Let me explain" Anushka and Sonakshi were best friends.

"Bālyaṁ nuṇḍi mānik mīku telusā? (You know Manik from childhood)" Anushka spoke in pure telugu which actually confused Nandini as she knew only some words of telugu .

Manik pulled Nandini from behind and kept his chin on her shoulder "Bhabhiii even she didnt understand this" to which the trio giggled and Anushka pouted.

"Baby, we are sitting near the pool okayy?" Manik hugged Nandini and kissed her forehead while she smiled. Anushka came forward and said "We will be accompanying you soon" Manik left Nandini and then walked towards the pool with his brothers and cabir.

Nandini quickly got changed into a white salwar and Anushka and Neha in kurtis.

They walked towards the pool and sat by its side with keeping their feet in the pool.

It wasn't cold as it was just 1 pm.

Raj, Manik, Samrat and Cabir were swimming and gossiping with one another.

Raj spoke out "So Mr. Secretive lover, How's your married life"

Manik blushed and looked at Nandini and saw her giggling with his bhabhis and said "It's dreamyy... She's absolutely perfect"

All smiled at him and Samrat patted his back and swim around the pool.

"So aren't you guys planning for your honeymoon?" Samrat asked which again made Manik blush.

"Don't know..Maybe USA and ofcourse.. Puri! She wanted to visit there" Manik smiled.

"Oh..Neha love USA.." Dev smiled.

"Ha..So...when are we getting the good news..It's 2 years" Manik teased Samrat with Raj while Samrat smiled.

"I Don't know..whenever she wants" Samrat blushed.

"But bhai, you are the one who have to work the most!" Cabir teased.

"Cabiirr..." Samrat looked at Cabir who hi-fied Manik and Prabhas

“Honey, don’t you wanna swim?" Manik swim towards a smiling Nandini and kept his head on her lap while she ruffled his hairs.

"The most liberal family baby" Manik winked while she smiled and in instance he pulled her down which shocked Nandini and she started jumping and splashing the water while he smiled and pulled her by waist.

He looked at her. Forehead adorned with sindoor (vermilion) of his name. Magalsutra (sacred necklace) hung on her name signifying their love. Chooras(Bangles) adoring her milk coloured hands and the dupatta showing respect to even him. He was loving the *Married Nandini*

He smiled and caressed her cheeks and kissed her lightly. Well, Showing PDA was never in MaNan's list so she looked widely at the others who were already drowned in their love except Cabir. Well, he went somewhere.

"Manik.." She whispered.

"Hmm" He was kissing her neck.

"I am feeling cold" She urged as she felt awkward and Manik smiled. He picked her up and went towards the stairs which was just near the swimming pool and it connected the pool to MaNan's room as swimming was always his favorite.

The duo got ready in beautiful dresses when Manik back hugged her and kissed her cheek.

“What happened?” She ruffled his hairs.

"Your smile is even more beautiful" He said and Nandini knew what he was pointing at. Her i********: post which she recently posted.

She turned around and smiled at him which literally took his heart away. She was looking so beautiful that even adjectives will run away to describe her

"You look so beautiful Baby" He pulled her and traced his fingers against her skin while she blushed and closed her eyes.

"Why do you always have to take my breath away" He whispered against her ear while she blushed the deepest shade of red.

"You like my family?" He asked. Nandini smiled and nodded in a yes. "Our fa milyy" She said while he smiled and hugged her and both were at solace.
