The Reveal:Stranger is the BIG BOSS

As soon as the clock strikes 4pm as the meeting is at 4.15 pm I got ready to go there by closing and saving required files to my computer and then walkout my cabin closing it after me. Then I start my marching towards the conference room by stairs as it gives me some exercise and I'm lazy to workout so I always take stairs where ever I can.

Conference room is in 3rd floor with all the other executive offices as well. I reach the required floor and look around as it is my first time here. Its really elegantly simple and I like that about the office. There's is no extravagant displays but it's very sleek.

Soon I reach the conference room and enter it after knocking it. But there's no one in the room so I wait in one of the chairs. After almost just a few seconds later my boss comes out with the stranger I collided in front of the washroom.

Then my boss introduces me to the stranger and then stranger to me by saying the stranger is none other than Risandh Vihari Williams aka our CEO.

To say I'm shocked is a understatement. I'm almost ready to faint as the coincidence of our first meeting is really something. Then the CEO was introducing himself to me and we shake our hands as I introduce myself to him. The expression on his face is something akin to wonder and puzzlement as he looks directly at me. Then my regular boss rushes out of the conference room a little hurriedly which makes me a lot curious about the situation I'm in.

Then the man signals me to take a seat as he has something important to discuss with me.

After seating in our respective seats, then he looks at me a little puzzled then he recovers it quickly by clearing his throat.

If I'm not looking at his face amptly I would've missed that fleeting expression. Then I ask the man "what is it that you wanted to discuss with me privately sir" to which he replies that "I need you to work with me the beta software program with my team. The work is almost done as it is one of my remotest offices its easy to keep our progress regarding the programme safe."

He explains to me the what kind of software they are aiming and other related issues. Then he explains that I have to travel with him or his team for the duration of the programme which they wanted to achieve in 6 months.

He further explains that there's increase salary and other perks to my new job. He gives me today to come to an decision and inform him my answer tomorrow. With that he excuses himself.

I stay there for a few minutes then get myself out of the shock and take a few deep breathes.

Then I decide to grab the opportunity he has presented to me. So I stand up and go to his cabin and knock the door after a few seconds he gives permission to enter. I greet him and take a seat near his table. I say to him "Sir I am ready to accept the deal but I would like to know some things about the programme" to which he replies "that's good but it's confidential information so I would like you to make a Non Disclosure Agreement(NDC) . After it is signed we can proceed further" with those words he pulls out a NDC agreement from the shelf. I read the contents and signed as required. Then he continues to explain to me the programme. Which is about a software which captures the hacker's pc within minutes of attack started on the programmed device. Which is great as I can help with both physical and code of the project.

So I decided to join them to which he gave a relieved sigh which made me look at him. He just sits there then he starts to direct others to prepare the required protocols for such transfer and he informs me from tomorrow I have to shift to the executive floor beside his cabin. I accept and sign the required forms and hand them over to them.

Then he shakes my hand and welcomes me to the team. Then I wish him a polite goodbye then I go out the door. I quickly go to my apartment and squeal like a little girl as I have just made a big leap in my career ladder. Then I got ready to bed.
