Chapter 13 Jim muttered as he drove along the slippery road. He had a load of hot carrots to deliver and the weather wasn't exactly cooperating. Peter was doing okay, but without help, he found it nearly impossible to pick the carrots alone. They found a young neighbor rabbit to help out, but he ate more carrots than he brought in. He had to keep working, not only to support the farm, but to pay for Peter's medical bills. Grumbling, he stepped out into the rain and trudged into the store.
