Bound to Minds in Chains
“Everyone, get on the floor and on your bellies,” shouted a man, as he shot one of the overhead glass chandeliers, which shattered into a billion pieces, as people ducked for cover to protect themselves from the firework of splintering glass fragments.
“Anyone moves, will get shot,” shouted a second man.
“You come over here,” shouted a woman in a mask and black suit.
The five people in the bookshop were shocked at what was happening. I was thinking to myself, who would want to rob a bookstore? It was an ordinary bookstore, a new one, well lit, under good management, it had a great collection of books, all classified in sections and categories. This was not a bookshop selling rare books either.
