Chapter Twenty Six - Argument
Eventually Makayla was laying on her back. She screamed out as a contraction rolled through her body, and I knew baby was close. Lena and I grabbed blankets for the baby when she came out. Dylan was holding Makaylas hand and moving her hair away from her face. Seth was kneeling at her legs, trying to see if there was any part of baby visible. With another contraction, a part of the baby emerged. Seth called for me. A foot. The baby was breech. Another foot came on the next contraction. Normally, breech babies would be discovered before delivery and the wolf doctor would be here to monitor. The baby must've flipped last minute. I took a deep breath.
