CHAPTER SEVENTEEN Remi hurried down an aisle and ducked to the right to loop around down another aisle back the way she came. She hunched low, hoping to keep out of sight of her pursuer. For a second, she thought she had succeeded, but then she heard soft, fast footsteps pursuing her. Her throat tightened. She fought an urge to scream for help.
