Margaret was out in the town with Anthony and Mrs Emerson. She only wanted to have some new dresses sown, and to find a new hairstylist who would comply with a very demanding and exclusive schedule, while Anthony wanted to sort out some affair at his gentleman's club and Mrs Emerson would be buying groceries and other things for the mansion. It was a beautiful day, but something didn't feel quite right about it. No one could put their finger on what exactly was wrong; perhaps it just seemed too bright, the weather too cheerful.
