What Anei did not expect is to find his mysterious human girl sitting in his chambers, sitting at the foot of his bed like some obedient servant. He has not yet seen her face since she is looking at hands on her laps like they are the most important things in the world but her scent is so strong in here, it's like heaven.

She looks broken without her signature smile what have they done to her to make her face void of emotions. Looking at this face he missed so much, he can not believe that she is the same girl who treated him, she could not keep her mouth shut for more than a minute but now she is looking at him as if she has never seen him before, could she have forgotten him already.

That is a lot painful than he anticipated, why do it hurt that much to know that she has already forgotten him when he has continue to think about that fateful day like crazy for days on end.

'' Who are you and what are you doing in my chambers, did you by any chance lose your way or did you come here purposely with a plan woman? ''

Anei tries to scare her maybe then she will get out of that shock look she has going on but the poor woman remains sitting there just like he found her, she didn't even blink or if she did he didn't see.

Could she be acting now or before and to think that he thought she was confusing before, so what is this right here.

'' So you can not talk or are you ignoring me huh? I will have you know that I hate disrespectful humans, you better start talking now before I actually lose the little bit of patience I have right at this moment, so I ask again what are you doing in my Chambers? ''

Prince Anei can be a very patient person when circumstances are favorable but she evokes uneasiness, eagerness and desperate feelings in him all at the same time why she is capable of that is yet a mystery, he is not sure he wants to know that as of now anyways he shall cross that bridge when he gets there but for now this mysterious human better start talking before he does something he will regret and she won't like.

'' I was told to come here master, I am your personal slave at your service your Highness, do his Highness have a task for this humble slave. Am sorry master but I was given instructions not to talk back at you. ''

What in the name of the gods is she going on about? 'Master' and 'your Highness' when did this carefree girl transform into a lifetime slave, how do he feel about her submission, awful he feels awful, all his life he has witnessed how women are treated as second class human beings in this realm and regardless of what he knows now about that gender, he still thinks it's not fair to treat them like that maybe that is why they become such people, the wives of the king are always on each others neck and many people would go as far as calling wicked and heartless but no one thinks about them as women who are married to just one man. He is a king right but regardless he is still a man and his wives have their own needs but they are always forced to see to the king's needs and what about them, huh?

So why would this girl refer to her as a slave as far as he knows humans do not keep servants talk less of slaves so how do she know about a slave appropriate behaviour or in this case she has over done it, could it be an act after all.

'' personal slave you say? And what say my personal slave if I tell you to only leave this room when I tell you to as long as I have not sent you out on a task you stay in my Chambers, is that understood human? ''

It is not that he is rude but she has to stay in his hut at all times if he is to keep her safe in this kingdom, in this realm her safety is not guaranteed, so this is a safety measure but she does not have to know that right now, as long as she is safe she can think whatever she wants that is the least of his worries at this moment.

Firstly there is the issue of unknown enemy threatening this kingdom not that he cares about this people at all but he had plans for them and no one is going to make them pay with an interest besides himself.

Second his elder brother, the first Prince is definitely up to something sinister and that is never good news, it used to be hilarious watching him create problems for others in the kingdom yet appear like the hero at the end of the day but now this means more problems for Prince Anei to handle.

Lastly but most importantly whoever the enemy is their intention is to stir up problems between them and the humans not only that but Prince Anei got caught in the middle of all this chaos that explains how the very human woman he went to visit a week ago is here and apparently clueless about what is going on around her or even who she is, how she does not remember him is yet a mystery.

So you see, our dear Prince has got a lot on his plate and he has got to revise his priorities, they are all interconnected but his top priority remains making this people pay with a bonus for every tear he shed after losing his mother, for every insult and names they branded him with, for every single misdeed will have an interest and that his the promise of the prodigal son, prince Anei.

Prince Anei walks out of his Chambers, some fresh air will do right about now. Looks like being the least favorite son, the most feared Prince as well as the most unwanted creature is not enough he has to deal with the fact that his mysterious human woman do not end up loss her pathetic excuse of a life in his care which may cause him more problems than necessary, how is going to keep track of her where about is not yet decided but it has to be done, locking her up in his hut is not enough.

It's only fair he protects her with his after all  he would have lost it anyway thanks to the other human woman but this human saved him, the irony. Betrayed by one human woman and saved by another human woman.

Vile creatures, let's not get it twisted they are not better than humans but humans sure know how to wear different shades of mask.

He is walking in the gardens heading South, this part of the palace is complete forest, just trees upon trees of different kind and a narrow path that if you keep walking South it will take you straight to a beautiful stream with lots of wild flowers. It is majestic, the water is always the right temperature, cold when the weather is hot and warm when it's cold. Prince Anei have a lot of good memories from that stream, his mother spend hours on end teaching him some basics of a Prince right at the shores of that very stream.

He remembers sitting there on the rocks with his mother one evening, she was warning him to stay clear of the throne, to work for everything he wants but never to fight over the throne with his brothers, he was so young back then just a four year old boy. If only he knew that was the last time he was going to be with his mother, he could have taken his mother far away instead of going back  to the palace that evening.

This is the first that Prince Anei is going to do what is against his mother's wishes but he has no choice, he tried staying away from the kingdom affairs but still people always found a way to torment and criticise him and now it's time for some pay back.

Thinking about the past made him forget the fact that he kept walking towards the South yet he has to speak to his father the king and with that in  mind he makes a U turn to go to the throne room but he bump into someone most likely a woman but who? He steads him without minding whether she felt down or if she is OK. Let's face it Prince Anei is no gentleman or anything of that sort.

'' Oh my Prince i am so sorry, I didn't know that you would just turn abruptly like that, i am so sorry once again. ''

'' Just one question Aluel what were you doing right behind me ? Why were you so close behind me, huh? ''

'' Awww my Prince don't be like that, why were you so absentminded, I was right behind you since you left the palace but you never noticed, you do know that it's not safe right. You are a Prince and you should walk with guards and be more cautious especially now that you have made your interest in the throne made known to the whole kingdom and beyond. ''

Just what he needed, another person who wants to play house like come on, no body cares for Anei without the Prince title, so Alu is interested in marrying a Prince that can make her a Queen.

'' Let's not get things mixed up Aluel, you do not like me or care about me. You only need a Prince who can make you a Queen. ''

And just like he left Aluel standing there like a fool, Prince Anei has more important things to do at this moment and with everything that is swirling in his mind, the third Prince finds himself at the door of the throne room, yes the daily session is done for the day but as usual his father and his precious sons that's the first, second and the fourth Prince sit on their thrones to discuss God damn knows what, perhaps plotting someone's demise or probably hatching the downfall of some other kingdom.

The plan their next victims in there, when they are interested in a certain kingdom, they decide who will marry a princess from that kingdom, not just any princess but one that her father favour the most and bang, they feed off the duo.

When the king favour that particular princess, they will use her reputation to gain more land and property. If she falls for one of the princes then her dad is as good as dead and that has been how this father and sons took advantage of several neighbouring kingdoms to the extent that they do not have allies anymore.

Prince Anei is not bothered about that in the least, he is set for something much more Dearing. Proving to his father and the whole kingdom that he is much better candidate to the throne than his other brothers, he just have to hatch a perfect plan and he will succeed after all it takes a little bit of bravery, cunningness and guts to prove yourself in this Kingdom.

It is just a matter of time for Prince Anei to expose the kingdom's greatest traitor, the official who allowed a human in their realm as a better of fact, this could interest other kingdoms as well so he can start by getting them on his side before he can work towards gaining the trust of his kingdom men and if he can get allies in the neighbouring kingdoms then gaining the trust of the people in his kingdom will be a lot easier.
