Surprises are not my favourite things in the world. They often catch you off guard. A surprise that is more of a shocker is definitely unwelcome. But, the beauty about the surprise my girlfriend just gave me on my birthday cannot be unwelcome. No man would deem it unwelcome. However, the uncertainties and doubts that it carried left me uncomfortable.
I pulled from the kiss and lifted myself off Anjali. I observed her keenly to see if it was one of those things she did in the spur of the moment. She can be very impulsive when she wants to be. I have no qualms with doing whatever she intends to. My only worry is if Anjali has completely understood what she is signing up for.
