I placed my phone screen down after reading Riya’s message. She informed me that all bookings were made and we are all set for weekend in Goa. A weekend gateway along with Arav’s birthday celebration, this is our plan. It was Riya who suggested the idea. After hosting back to back parties, one for their anniversary and one two months later for Asha’s first birthday, Riya claimed that she needed a break. Now that Asha is a year old and easily handled by her grandparents, Riya wanted to spend a weekend away from her responsibilities. Arav and I have not taken any trips as a couple before, so I was easily sold to the idea. Arav’s birthday that falls on this Sunday gave us perfect reason to plan a small trip to Goa. Anyways, I wanted to do something special for his birthday
